Infotainment aan boord op je stoel

Tot 2x keer aan toe op een vliegvakantie naar Curaçao met TUI konden we geen films kijken, geen muziek luisteren en geen leeslamp gebruiken, etc. TUI is niet in staat je voortijdig te informeren bij het boeken van de stoelen dat het Video-infosysteem in een deel van het vliegtuig al langer dan 2 weken volledig defect is. Een dag voor vertrek krijg je pas een sms van TUI met bovenstaand defect. Echter dan heb je al flink betaald voor de reservering en kan je daar niks meer aan veranderen.Up to 2 times on a flight holiday to Curacao with TUI we could not watch films, listen to music and use a reading lamp, etc. TUI is not able to inform you in advance when booking the seats that the Video information system in a part of the plane has been completely broken for more than 2 weeks. You only receive a text message from TUI with the above defect one day before departure. However, by then you have already paid a lot for the reservation and you can no longer change anything about it.

"Checking" in for our flights was a…

"Checking" in for our flights was a nightmare. The TUI app was totally useless, it just kept going to the 'Book a flight' screen. I had to go to Mijntui.nl and even then I was transfered to the Transavia site.I also found the €50 charge for a "300m" transfer back to the airport absolutely scandalous. And we weren't even taken back to the terminal but dropped off in the middle of car park 4.

Scammy airline with crappy quality

They charge you for non-existent services, like "stoel-type". They don't even bother to bring you a glass of water on a 4 hour flight, only paid options. They announce everything in Dutch, even knowing that there are non-dutch speakers on the plane. Their customer support is useless and you have to wait a long time to get no help.;

No communication and no confirmation

No communication and no confirmation Two days before departure, I can’t check in due to no received confirmation code. I do have 6 of these codes but none works. I also don’t know in which hotel we are staying. Also no option to choose my chair reservation. Requested to check it myself via Emirates. Very very bad. Dissatisfied.Called several times, waiting time for customer service is at least 30min. If they don't put you on hold and than hang up themselves. Might file a complaint about tui to Emirates and the hotel as well. Hopefully their partners will talk to them.

Damaged suitcase, no compensation

My suitcase was damaged during the flight. The complaint form on the website does not work and when I call them they just end the conversation randomly. They are not reachable at all and I cannot get a compensation for my broken suitcase although I filled a damage form in the airport and did everything to solve the problem. What a terrible customer service experience.

Pathetic Pathetic service!TUI customer service is absolutely non existent.Flight was canceled for a trip booked with TUI, circumstances out of their control yes. But what is the most disappointing is that there was no assistance from TUI to rebook the flights I had to do it myself and nor are they willing to extend a holiday because of a day lost due to the delay, they said that I I want to stay longer I have to pay and rebook they can't help.Just no assistance from this place to help or willing to help with anything no communication or updates of any kind if I didn't reach out tried to get information or rebooked myself after no communication from TUI I would have still been at the airport. No matter the good deals offered be willing to gamble or loose out on your holiday if anything happens be sure TUI won't help.

You cannot cancel your flight ticket…

You cannot cancel your flight ticket after you bought, I looked 2 flights and in the background the flight is changed and I booked by mistake. I tried to cancel but they are not paying you any money when you cancel. It should be canceled within 24 hours for free.
