Big cheaters. We wanted to book vacation and searched in the morning and saw on ehotel we liked and wanted to book and price was 5.744€. After work in the evening when kids went to bed we sit to process the booking and were unpleasantly surprised that withing 5 hrs price increased for almost 750€! This is insane and such a cheat I have not seen yet ever. How can you positioning in advertisement that currently booking with discount 400€ per person and 5 hrs after when we finally could book it price increased for 750€! Not okay. Never ever anymore travel by this agency. Such a marhin charge for something that in the morning was much cheaper is not okay. We called the agency to clarify and got very rude rejected saying what you see now is real price. What a horrible people...No words.
Went on a holiday with family, we made reservations for comfort seats but got put in regular class and still got charged twice for the upgrades. But the worst of it all is that their service onboard is terrible. From Amsterdam to curaçao, not a single smile from the staff, rude replies. Today 14 April, flying back to Amsterdam and it’s the same problem with the seats. I highly recommend to avoid this airline. Was a first time, but never again.
For the first time in my life, I’m experiencing such a serious and unacceptable case of deception and unfair treatment.On March 2nd, I simply visited TUI’s website to browse a holiday package to Spain. I did not make any reservation, did not provide any personal details (no ID, passport or bank data), and I certainly did not authorize any payment.However, more than two weeks later, I received a call from TUI saying I must pay for a booking. Despite repeatedly explaining that I never confirmed anything, they insisted that I owed them money.Since I don’t speak Dutch fluently, I had to rely on translation tools and friends to communicate. Still, no one truly listened to me.They demanded a cancellation fee of €1431, even though I never booked anything. Later, the debt was handed over to a collection agency and increased to €1650.Even after I said I’m unemployed and could only afford €25/month, they flat-out refused. No empathy, no flexibility.Right now, I’m being forced to pay money I need for my child and our basic needs — for a service I never requested.🛑 TUI is a company that shows no compassion for people who struggle with the language or are vulnerable.They push people into financial obligations they never agreed to. This is not only legally questionable, but ethically outrageous.❗ I warn everyone: Be extremely careful with this company. I tried to book a row at the exit for my flight, but it was impossible. I tried it online, via phone and at the check in. I was willing to pay an additional fee. But: No chance.In the plane I saw, like I could see it online, that half of the seats I wanted were not occupied. The same is now going on on my next flight on the 13th of January and back end of January. Not an perfect performance….
