If only i could give 0 star to this company. it is unbelievable how this company even exists. they do not answer customer service calls, their online bot is a joke. their online booking system is useless. i honestly think it is a scam. and I am not a person who writes reviews.!
What an awful experience.I was with my two children and one of their friends in the Canary Islands. Last day we went to the airport only to learn the flight was delayed. But a TUI employee told me the flight would take place tomorrow, which was not an option for me, because I had a flight next day to Istanbul. So I bought 4 tickets with Vueling over Barcelona back to Amsterdam. We had to spend the night in Barcelona Airport. Spent an extra €1000+ for the tickets.Then, when trying to get some compensation back, TUI said I didn't show up for the flight. And just for the sake of saving their behind they call it a delay. A flight that takes place next day is not a delay. You can fool your children maybe.I used to own an IATA travel agency and sold tickets of all the airlines. So when I say TUI is the worst I speak from experience. Pay double and fly with another airline.My next step will be knocking on their door. It will be fun.
Bad service!The only way to contact them if you are not in EU and cannot call was via Instagram. The cancelled my flight and gave me new flight date I couldn't go for. When asking for them to change it to an earlier one I needed to pay the full price for the change. For me it all seemed a bit unserious and couldn't help me. Won't book with TUI again.
have made a flight reservation for a vacation in Curacao for June, 2 days ago and even though my booking was made for for a direct flight from Amsterdam to Curacao, when i checked the reservation booking on the site, I could see I was moved to a flight with a layover in Bonaire.I took a look on the website and I could see that the direct flight still is available and not canceled or anything, so naturally right away i called the service call centar to understand why i was moved.After checking they told me that that they can move me to the direct flight but for a cost of additional 360euro. This is crazy as the two flights are the same price and I booked the direct flight already and got somehow moved for no reason.I am 100% sure I have booked the direct flight because we are flighting with a baby so 2 more hours of flight time is crazy for me to select when the prise is the same, as well as 2 more take offs and landings are difficult for babies to handled, so I am sure 100% i selected a direct flight.To me this looks like a scam and unfair at all, so I want to report it here to inform the public and ask ypu to take videos of what you click on when booking with TUI.I know what i selected, and there is no extra cost even now on the ticket (36h after booking), for a flight that is in almost 2 months from now, so from my perspective this is unfair practice, unethical, not even legal, and I want it treated as such.This is crazy as they have all the database and frontend logs to prove what I clicked so i hope we get to court and they get indicted and exposed for this type of a scam taking extra charges from customers. It is also interesting that they dont have a way how to report this as one can only repeat issues with travel only after the trip is completed. CRAZY!!!I am reporting this to the ACW also soon to encourage full investigation.
Horrible! Would Like to give Zero or even minus Stars.No Informations forhand and then they don't even Help you out, it's your own Problem! Pay a little more for a different company but be save and in the end you probablly even saved some Money..Not again! And I try to Tell everyone about that.
We have a complaint with TUI about a trip we never went on but which they are charging us for. We have been trying to lay a complaint through the website but we keep getting error messages despite all our inputted information being correct. When calling customer service, they suggested inputting our reservation number instead of our booking number which we did. But we get the same error message. The website does not allow you to lay a complaint any other way and through this delay, Tui has in the meantime sent our names to debt collectors.
