Review Time
I booked a flight with Tui nl. In the booking, I made a typo in the date of birth using 31 instead of 30. Tui bl refuse to change the date. Tui in the UK and Tui in Germany both say that its fine to chamge the date.Not only that but Tui nl customer service operator lied constantly about the reasons that she could not change it. She refused to allow me to speak to her manager, refused to give me info to make a complaint about her and has left hs with a 160 euros ticket that may be refused at check in.Useless, incompetant, dishonestDon’t use them
Very unprofessional, not helpful at all. Luckily my issue was not very bad, it was regarding wrong room that I got. It was never solved. I contacted Tui trough multiple channels and no one was able to solve it. Person that was supposed to be in my hotel proposed to meet 2 days before end of my week stay in Malta. I don’t want to imagine how they handle serious issues. Don’t trust Tui.nl d-reizen!
Too bad I only see negative reviews here. We had excellent flights and a grand holidays at a TUI BLUE hotel (Sarigerme), where staff captured our hearts. We also flew with TUI, and our daughter of 5 was named 'assistent flight attendant', and actually got to help. She loved it. And as a parent: when my kids is happy, so am I.The most credits go to the hotel though, we have seen many a good place in our lives, all over the world, but that hotel is clearly in out top 3 best visits ever.
We had flight to Jamaica with transfer - AMS- punta cana (dominicana) - montego bay ( Jamaica). When we got to the Dominican Republic we had to get out of the plane and set up in a queue to re-enter the plane. The queue was awfully hot and my mother felt bad. She was weak and she fainted. Someone from the service took her somewhere where they gave her a drip. It took maybe 20 minutes, but the plane did not wait for us and stayed at the Dominican. We are now at the Dominican Republic forced to pay for a hotel that does not suit us. No one wants help and no information. The woman with TUI is unhappy and unhelpful. If the matter is not explained to the maximum of Monday the case will be reported to the TV.
I got on the flight back from Mallorca a white safe on my nose that the purser put in the middle of the plain in the overhead storage, a passenger opened during the flight the overhead and it fell right on my nose and face and brused my hand (I am a musician) . I had to call myself Tui after almost a week waiting and got finaly a compensation of 50€ ... to spent with Tui, a sigar from your own box. Never ever Tui again!
