Changed flights, No refunds

I was due to fly with TUI from Amsterdam next week and my flight departure has been moved to Eindhoven.As I cannot make the connection from Amsterdam to Eindhoven in time to catch the new flight, I've being trying for 1 week to claim a refund on their website (not allowed), and then on the phone with their call center. I've now spent over €30 on calls, they start to look for alternatives and then cut me off when I ask for a full refund (approx. €250).Website is useless, customers service has obviously been told not to offer refunds.I will never use or recommend TUI again, shockingly bad service.They dont even allow you to write to them...

Terrible and empty promises

❌️ Thank you TUI for a very awful experience and empty promises ❌️🚩My (online) booking was canceled 5 times due to a "bug" in their system. Each time a "new" booking was made, afterall TUI couldn't find they payment made from the original booking. 🚩Once I have provided them with this info, an arrogant and ignorant representative (from TUI Hoogvliet) called me saying that I still have amount that has to be paid. She even had the audacity to finish off her sentence and hung up on me while I still wasn't done talking.✔️ I called the customer service immediately after this terrible experience to ask about any outstanding amount. The representative (Laura) was very patient, showed empathy, and understood my frustration and dissatisfaction. She assured me that my booking was fully paid and that it won't be canceled again. 🤌🏽✔️ The service on board was nice and the staff was very attentive as I was flying with my 8-months old baby.🚩Returning home after a 10 hour flight, the only thing you want to do is go home, right? But thanks to TUI this was not possible. They have "misplaced" my baby's stroller. After a whole back and forth they offered a stroller for me to use meanwhile they will figure where the *%$@ stroller was.✔️ After 3 days was my stroller delivered at my door. Thank you 👌🏽🚩I filled out a form online to describe my complaint about the service and awful experience. ✔️ I was called on the same day to discuss what hapenned and they have offered me a 50eu voucher 👌🏽. And told me I will receive an email with all information discussed.🚩 And you guessed it right. The email and voucher never arrived!TUI is competing with itself to keep dissatisfying its customers. If that is your goal, you are doing a pretty good job👌🏽❌️ Thank you TUI for a very awful experience and empty promises ❌️

Not even one star worth

Not even one star worth. We clicked booking fly and drive to Spain by curiosity then we wanted to cancel right after that, but Tui won’t do that and said if we don’t pay now we get penalty. What a hooliganism! Once we researched the itinerary so it turned out that they charged twice as much as in total would cost. All the hotels they booked for us are far outside of the city, and the hotels are 3 stars standards instead of four stars as their titles indicates. The hotel price is average of €35. Ridiculous price because we paid almost €2000 for one week for hotel flight and car. Hotel is budget hotel, airline is budget airline and car hire is not at the airport. it is bloody shameless as they either don’t pick up the phone or they just say it is not fixable, it is our fout to click booking so they want us to suffer from this. We didn’t stay at any of their low rating hotels as we have booked hotels in the city at our own costs. Also the car hiring is not at the airport so we had to wait like 30 min before we were picked up by shuttle bus to the car. Also, god knows what they did with Transavia tickets because it does not give miles and xp. Never never never again with TUI!

I would not reccomend for noone..on the vacation they dont help,after they dont want compensate..service 0,for 8weeks our complain handeler didnt called us back,I continue the procedure with General Inspectorate (Consumer Protection)..how TUI handl the complain s tehát is not normál..I would not recommend this company for noone!

Avoid! Worst experience compared toall TUI copanies and to all other travel agencies

Avoid! They book the cheapest rooms in each resort with worst location and condition.Of course you are not aware until you arrive. Then you arrive and ask TUI for assistance, they answer you have to pay additional (substantial) fee on hotel recetiontion to get a normal room.

On arrival in Curacao, we needed help with various things. We happen to walk into the tui Netherlands office. Ladies there were the most helpful we’ve come across in a while. We were a party of 7, including elderly mums and children, they were just so lovely to them too. We send our humble thanks and blessings. Thank you so much Noreylys and Desi. Bless you too. 😘

The worst flight company ever !!

The worst flight company ever !!! They charged me 4 times for two tickets, then they didn’t sort it out yet after calling them several times.Only Dutch website, and call center cannot speak English!! But they good to charge you money ….AVOID TO USE !!!

NO refund which was promised!

I rebooked a flight. Instead of paying "only" the incredible high rebooking fee of 50 %, I had to pay the rebooking fee + the total amount for the other flight. They told me, they would refund the total amount of the first flight - which obviously did not happen! A case for a lawyer.

Why such a bad reviews

Why such a bad reviews? The coronavirus got us all special touroperators.Some did not get a refund and later it was due that the customer forgot to send his IBAN bank number.Others here barking about customer support being not reachable..it was Coronavirus time and 90% of all 200.000 customers calling? Does any one understand?I know Tui a long time they have excellent choices for hotels and they help hotels with extra investments.It's a rule that people write bad ratings and the majority that are satisfied don't.I hope my review helps.

Terrible website

Terrible website, functions poorly. Then takes a long time to get through to Customer Service.I gave up and have had to book a longer flight but with a competitor - so much hassle
