Review Time
I have had an account for a few years. Currently Tuta is a piece of crap not worth recommending to anyone with a full of spam. I am unable to delete the account or subscription! Incredible scammers! I have to delete the subscription by force in the bank because they do not have such an option! You can send emails but they go into the field without a response. Fake and dishonest company!
I've been using Tuta since July 2021. I have a premium access ( a non-longer commercialized 1 Go archive subscription) Since my subscription, all of the upgrades have been implemented properly. Given my PC is operated under Linux, in case of significant Ubuntu migrations, I had to liaise with the Support team few times to restore some applications. Each time they answered very quickly with an appropriate solution.So far so good...
Email with a conscience - gotta love it- Truly committed to data privacy- Haven't sold out after a couple of years to a big 'questionably ethical' company- Continue to bring thoughtful, consistent improvements- Love the interface- Great customer service... over and over again- Honest about any issues that might occur and set to resolve them quickly (and do resolve them!)All round cracking organisation - wouldn't the world be great if that was the norm! Very happy to be a customer and to support their mission.
Things that I like about Tuta1. It's simple to use2. It's great value for money3. It provides all the functionality I need.4. It provides most of the things I want.What I miss is a "higher" level of automation and scripting. Better yet a "programming interface"
Beside working with my free Tuta-account for about a year, I recently added a Tuta-revolutionairy account too. When payment options where not compatible for my country, the customer service helped out creating a solution. Later on there where some issues with the Tuta-site login from my desktopbrowser. I contacted customer support and they came up with a browser extention, which fixed my problem efficiently. I like how Tuta is evolving and expanding, taking online privacy and also customer needs into account. Keep up the good work!
I’ve been using Tuta Mail for about three years now, and I can say that I’ve had no issues with them. For me, keeping my data protected and private is important, especially with my email communications. Tuta helps me ensure just that! I use the calendar app, and I also recently imported all my phone contacts into the app, which so far is great. Lastly, since I’ve joined they keep releasing new features and security updates. Keep up the good work, Tuta!
