always trust sender does not work.spam does not work at all, very weak.sometimes cannot get emails from people.cannot login to web tuta, infinite loop.only linux desktop app works for now. paid customer sisnce 2020.10 GB for 36 EUROSnot terrible, not great, getting worse
I recently switched from almost 30 years of Gmail. I was attracted to the idea of not being constantly "tracked" by corporate businesses. Also, I like to keep my personal issues personal. I really like email. Calendar could use some fine tuning - like adding different time zones, for example. Support (I had several questions) desk I also find very reliable. I really really really appreciate absence of immediate response by chat bot as I like the concept of talking/corresponding with a real person with name. Overall, very happy so far.
While all new platforms have a learning curve, Tuta has been extremely intuitive. My one email to support was answered quickly and with a variety of solutions—which worked quickly to solve my problem. Can't beat that! I also love the privacy of Tuta and their commitment to protecting our privacy! So glad I took the plunge!
