If you make a free account they delete it after six months.Annoying but fine, yahoo does something similar from my memory.The catch is that they they don't let you re-create the same account, even if you have the original login info. This means if you used that email to create an account on a different service, you will probably lose access to that other account.Oh look, there's a fix to recover that original email! It only of course requires buying a premium subscription! As far as I can tell their business model is holding accounts hostage.And that's nothing to say of the just absolutely atrocious UI.
After a few non-starts with Tuta Mail - Tom was able to help me sort my custom domain issue. I largely think it was user error (as in me!) but he persevered, and very grateful he did. I love the security first stance Tuta take and have recommended de-Googling to everyone I speak to. Thanks Tom
Changing my system over to linux and my business email system away from the corporate dominator, there have of course been issues. Tuta have been accessible to help me through these issues and my system is now working just as I need it
The basic web-based subscription account functions very well. The well designed account page is clear and easy to navigate. It's reassuring that emails are securely handled by a responsible company and Tuta staff have been very helpful each time I have contacted them.

Lol, wanted to try to use their platform. So I registered free account. After signing up, I tried to log in but didn't succeed because of the error "Such account doesn't exist" (my credentials were 100% though). Even recovery with the SEED phrase didn't help. Then I was finally able to register account again (now succesfully) but it was put under review and remove just in a couple of days (I did nothing).Lol guys, in X you're sarcastic about Google but your platform isn't reliable. How can I trust you to store my emails if at any time you can block the account or just have a bug because of which I cannot log in?
