I placed an order, and the restaurant canceled it on their side. The frustrating part is that we were never informed about the cancellation, yet we were still charged $70 for an order we NEVER RECEIVED. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and I will not use this service again.
After 2.5 hours and speaking with four different agents, I am extremely frustrated. I was met with responses like "what do you want me to do?", "our manager is unavailable" and "you've reached the highest level of support". It's clear that this service does not prioritize customer satisfaction or service quality. I found a customer service number online that might be useful if you encounter issues.
My first experience with this delivery service was disappointing. The food arrived freezing cold. When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and wouldn't provide any information about delivery times, only apologizing for the cold food.
Unacceptable service; we waited an hour for our food, and the driver drove past our house twice! Eventually, it was delivered to the wrong address, even though the driver had a map. He refused to correct the mistake and ultimately canceled our order. This is a level of incompetence that I would not recommend dealing with.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The app is not processing my grocery order, and I received the completely wrong items. I’m in significant pain and was waiting for essential medications, only to find that I can’t eat any of the delivered food. I strongly advise against using this app for groceries.
An order was left on my gate post under a hedge late at night. I didn’t order it, but I feel bad for the person who did, as I found it soaked from the rain in the morning. I can't report this to the service without signing up for an app, which is completely unhelpful.
