I spent $70 and my order was incomplete! I contacted the restaurant, and they informed me that they didn't receive my full order. I paid for everything! I ordered chicken alfredo, a salad, mussels, and calamari, but the salad and calamari were missing! The pasta wasn't great either, which isn't the platform's fault, but the lack of customer service to address this issue is definitely their fault! Food isn't cheap these days, and when you frequently order from them, you expect to talk to someone, not just a voicemail saying they aren't taking calls anymore! I'm extremely frustrated!
After waiting for 3 hours, I called for an update and was informed they have no clue about the order's whereabouts. It seems like the driver might have taken it elsewhere. When I asked for guidance on what to do next, the representative simply said, 'I don't know, just deal with it.' I spent 40 pounds for this kind of service—absolutely unacceptable.

I've been requesting a receipt for a week, but they seem unable to comprehend my request. It's been a week of them claiming to escalate my issue, then saying they don’t provide receipts, followed by stating they do and suggesting I check my spam or verify my email address. Their responses have been anything but helpful in obtaining the receipt. I'm now facing the possibility of covering this work expense out of my own pocket. I will NEVER consider purchasing a gift card or using their services again. If a simple request like a receipt is this difficult, I can only imagine how they would handle a serious issue.
