The food arrived with incorrect ingredients and was ice cold. There is no customer service available, it's simply nonexistent.

Order issue with missing items again

Once again, an item was missing from my order. I've noticed that when I take advantage of buy-one-get-one offers, many establishments only send one item. This time, I was missing 1 out of 5 items. After a frustrating experience with their app, I was asked by the support team for my receipt. I scanned and sent a copy that clearly showed my order. They claimed it was included, but that wasn't true! They refused to refund me for an $11 item and suggested I was being dishonest. My total food cost was $75, but with additional charges, it came to $102. It's just unbelievable.

Terrible customer service; lost my money

I had a horrible experience with customer service, as they took my £27.50 the first time I ordered food for my daughter. They kept changing the driver, switching between three different ones. Eventually, I decided to cancel my order and request a refund, but nothing has happened since then. I have tried multiple times to reach the customer service team through the app's AI chatbot and also attempted to call their number, but I couldn't get through. I've lost my money and never received the food I ordered. I will never use this service again.

This company has deteriorated to the lowest level of customer service and support.

This company has truly gone from bad to the absolute worst regarding customer focus and service. I am seriously considering initiating a boycott against them due to their predatory pricing, worsening estimated delivery times, and, most importantly, their completely ineffective automated customer service system. The company seems indifferent to customer needs. We ordered beverages as an add-on to our meal, but they failed to confirm the delivery address linked to a different location, resulting in the driver leaving the items at another site because they claimed they couldn't reach us by phone. HOW CAN YOU CONTACT A TOURIST WITHOUT A LOCAL NUMBER?! We attempted to reach customer service through every available channel, but the automated system led us in circles. This is the worst company with the most disappointing product and policies, compounded by abysmal customer service.

Order marked as delivered but never arrived

I placed a food order through a delivery service, and the driver indicated it was ‘delivered’ even though it never reached me. There was no delivery photo or any evidence that it was left at my residence. When I contacted the support team to inquire about the situation, the delivery details vanished from my app. The support team was unhelpful, and when I requested to speak with a supervisor, they disconnected the call. I submitted a report online and called again, only to be told I would receive a callback… which never happened. Now, the service is refusing to refund me for an order I NEVER received. Regardless of whether the driver kept the food or delivered it elsewhere, I shouldn’t have to pay for something I didn’t get. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional, and I just want my money refunded.

This service is likely heading towards legal trouble.

This service seems to be on the path to facing a class action lawsuit. They have taken advantage of me three times now. I place an order, they deliver food, but nothing is correct, and their response is dismissive with no refunds. The second time, the driver took nearly an hour and a half—no exaggeration—and told me to deal with it as he had multiple stops. Again, no refund. The third experience was a total failure; the driver dropped the food on my steps, and even with video evidence, they responded that some of the food looked fine. They offered a partial refund, which I found laughable and declined. I've canceled my subscription with them and will only use a different service from now on. Their customer service is among the worst I've encountered.

Frustrated with the company's practices

I'm quite frustrated with the company's questionable practices. I frequently order from them and usually have no issues, but when there are problems, the support is terrible. I recently learned that an item was out of stock, and while I accepted that, I ended up incurring extra fees because my total dropped. I ended up paying much more for less food. A representative refused to issue a refund, claiming it was the seller's responsibility. This level of service is unacceptable, and I plan to stop using this platform once my subscription ends.

Uber eats customer service is absolutely non existing, they do not help you what so ever. Money hungry company who do not care about customers. I'll be using deliveroo from now on. Do 1 ubereats

Disgraceful customer service

Disgraceful customer service, gaslighting and condescending. Their names: Ziad and Heba. Uber Eats UK.A delivery driver literally pretended he came to deliver my order, showing on the map as being near my flat, but never called or knocked on the door. He marked the order as delivered, never got out of the car and literally ran away with it.I reported to Uber Eats and explained everything as above.Their response was that they would refund me THIS TIME and they're sorry I accidentally marked the order as delivered. WHAT?!This is gaslighting at its best! I replied stating I appreciate the refund but that actually they were gaslighting me, pretending to give me the money out of their good will. They can keep the money! I don't need it thank God! What I need is serious customer service that won't act like I'm crazy / like they're so pitiful! Uber Eats, without us, you don't exist. Just remember that.
