Funds Misappropriated by the Service

The service misappropriated our funds. My spouse placed an order and intended to check the total but mistakenly completed the checkout without adding items, leading to an immediate cancellation. Records show it was canceled within the same minute. Although the food delivery was canceled, the service stated they would NOT refund the money, insisting we would have to reorder and pay again because the restaurant accepted the order right away. However, when we contacted the restaurant, they confirmed they received both the order and the cancellation immediately. When we called the service again to explain this, they still insisted on retaining the funds, requiring us to pay once more.

Promo discount not honored and poor response!

I placed an order using a 50% off promotion. The discount appeared during the final checkout, but the full amount was charged to my card! I reached out to the support team, who took three days to respond, and then another three days for the next message. They claimed the promo had expired in December 2019, which was odd since I had successfully used it just three days earlier (I had five uses remaining). They then ended the conversation without allowing me to respond, so I started another chat, only to be told that the refund period had now passed! This was all due to their slow replies! What a scam! I will not use this service again!

Frustrating Experience with Order Issues

I placed an order for groceries through a delivery service and mistakenly entered the wrong address. Unfortunately, the app did not permit me to change the address or cancel my order. I reached out to the support team right away, but their response was simply that they couldn’t assist me. I ended up paying for groceries that were never delivered, and the service denied any refund or compensation. The support team merely recited policy statements instead of providing real help. It’s incredibly frustrating that a minor error can’t be fixed and that customers have no control after placing an order. This experience has significantly diminished my trust in the service. The company really needs to enhance their customer support and refund policies.

Delivery Times Are Unacceptable

The drivers consistently fail to deliver food in a timely manner. I have no intention of investing in shares of the company for this reason. A driver picked up my order just around the corner, only to collect another order before informing me it would take 40 minutes to deliver mine. This has occurred previously, and I am done ordering food from this service. The customer support is below today's standards—extremely disappointing!

Extremely Frustrating Experience

If I could rate this lower, I absolutely would. I placed an order for food, and three different drivers attempted to pick it up. After multiple redirects, I finally received a message saying my order was canceled after nearly two hours of waiting. My kids were left waiting for their dinner the whole time. I will NEVER use this service again.

Order not received and misleading delivery confirmation.

My order was not delivered at all. The driver indicated it was delivered and provided a photo of an unrelated street. This is unacceptable, especially since many others have faced similar issues, and the support team does not address it. Clearly, this feels like a scam.

Frustrating experience with delivery service.

I truly wish there was a reliable service for food delivery. I desperately needed my meal delivered, but when it arrives two hours late and I discover that no one from the service had even picked it up from the restaurant, it’s just pointless. After reading other reviews, I feel fortunate to have received a full refund right away. I couldn't remove the app quickly enough!

Incorrect grocery order delivered

The delivery driver brought the wrong grocery order (I had ordered over 20 items but received a bag containing just 5 items with a different name). The service claimed the order was not eligible for a refund. I did manage to get a refund through another payment service, but then the company took the money back without my consent when I placed another order. This service is incredibly untrustworthy and will not issue refunds if your order is incorrect, incomplete, or fails to arrive.

Extremely Disappointed with Service

I waited over 2 hours for my meal tonight, during which they changed drivers, only for it to be canceled without any explanation or compensation for my wait. I spoke with a customer service representative who abruptly ended the call. This experience has been frustrating, and I’m considering switching to other platforms after being a loyal customer until now.
