The food WAS NEVER delivered and customer server DIDN'T answer the"chat".The driver NEVER answered the multiple calls.There is no easy way to recover your money!!!

I ordered from an establishment here in the columbia S.C area at around 7:45. One driver excepted the pick up , and for so.e reason another driver accepted and then a third driver excepted and still at 8:45 p.m no order. Then I look back on the map and a sweet lady went to pick up an order that was already picked up by that 3rd driver in which he stole and the last young lady waited patiently and even offered to pay out of her pocket for another order. Uber has driver that dont have integrity when it come to being loyal for a job. That driver was a scam artist and knew how to beat the system. And had the audacity to tell Uber I didn't accept my order. That sweet lady Kristien needs to be rewarded for her compassion in wanting to help me. I used to work fornuber as a side job and never treated any customer in which the way the 3rd driver did. UBER IS ABOUT THE ALL MIGHTY DOLLAR AND DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

When iteamz ard missing they tell you it doesn't warrant a refund I've even had mint yogurt all over my chips in stead of a donner burger and they say that doesn't warrant a refund.

Used uber eats - bank took the money and the app kept saying Oops something went wrong. This has never happened with Deliveroo. I will be cancelling uber eats fromNow on.

Don’t waste your time

Don’t waste your time. No one will deliver because they don’t pay their delivery drivers properly. Doesn’t matter if it’s 0.5 or 2.5 miles - no one will collect your order.

Uber eats sucks

Uber eats sucks. They keep changing delivery drivers. It has been more than 1 hour. They don’t give you a chance to cancel to order unless your are willing to pay for the full price for the meal. Never ever ever ever ever using them again. A uber one customer, who will cancel all subscriptions after this review

I ordered 3 slices of cake from…

I ordered 3 slices of cake from cakebox. 2 of which were incorrect. The merchant left a note stating that what I had ordered was out of stock and they had sent 2 replacement items instead. Something I would never have ordered myself. I sent the pictures to uber customer support of the cakes and the note and they chose not to refund me. The merchant decided to choose what I eat instead of cancelling the order or calling me. Worse, the items were of lower value. Tried to call but no telephone support. You are redirected to the chat facility. If you don't refund me I will be deleting their app completely.

Offer you a £15 discount when you spend over £25 this is what I did placed a order for just over £30 which then should have qualified me for the discount when my order arrived I received a email stating certain things where out of stock a load of nonsense they deliberately did this so I did not get a discount a big con if you ask me

It's absolutely disgusting how the staff are firstly, then when you get your food its colder than ice and the worst part is if you think they or where the order was placed eil take owner ship you have another think coming last time every.....

I was charged for a cancellation…

I was charged for a cancellation because the app charged the order to the wrong card. The order was canceled within a minute of the original order and so the store didn't start the food. Also, the exact same order was placed 2 minutes later with the correct card charged. The store did not accept the order because if it had, the app would have told me and would have alerted me about the cancelation fee which it did not.
