Review Time
Absolutely terrible. Video in purchased course did not work - customer service kept saying they checked it and it works their end so kept sending a list of resolutions for me to try to fix THEIR course. I tried everything. Udemy dragged it out over 30 days and will now not provide a refund for a course that does not work even though the issue was raised within 5 days of purchase. Awful, awful, awful customer service. Steer clear.
My emails at some point got switched and I no longer user the one they have on file, however its attached to the first email address, but I can't login with it, but I can reset the password for that email account in Udemy. I have asked to get this resolved and they can't seem to do it with out verifiying my original payment method, which like 4 years old. Totally frustrated with them and their customer service.
One of the worst website i have ever used. I can watch 4k videos on youtube on my net and on udemy I can't stream 1080p properly. When ever I try to change screen size like exit from full screen or enter in full screen it start loading again and take several minutes to load sometime it just stuck and and don't play.
