Worst Courier Service.I wanted to ship my parcel from India to the UK. Earlier they said it will take one week to reach you and collected my parcel on the next day from India. But for the next 15 days, it just sits at Delhi Airport.Every time I call, they say it will be loaded on the next flight and keep repeating the same.On discussing with their manager (Anil) he yelled at me saying - let us know if you want me to send your parcel back to home or bring it to the UK. After 15 days they told me that they have received my parcel in London and will be delivered the next day with dpd and asked me to pay the charges.Once I paid, now the real game begins. Neither I got dpd tracking nor they are receiving my calls anymore.It's been 25 days and I haven't got the parcel yet.I feel more than cheated. Worst service, Worst customer care, Un-professional behaviour.
I had sent a parcel to india. Parcel was worth only £23. They asked my recipient to pay KYC (rs. 2300). Anyone sending parcel to india from uk shouldn't have to pay if the parcel worth is £50 or less. So guys just avoid sending parcel from dtdc or dpd local. They are robbing people in a day light. I had sent so many parcel from royal mail to india they never asked my recipient to pay KYC. So guys heads up.
If i could i could give them minus stars i would do that too. PATHETIC courier service. My parcel has arrived to them since 31st of july. It shows when i track on their page but they have still not delivered it to me. I have been given a dpd tracking number which shows nothing. Although dpd delivers next day. When i call them they have many excuses. Cheats!!!! I WANT MY PARCEL 📦. I have also told the people back home in india not to use them to forward parcels for uk because these people are dodgy!!!
Tracking number 520904047090 and DTDC are making fool as they are asking custom charges to release the courier from Delhi, even I have sent only £10 items from the UK to India and they are asking for 2500 INR charges for customs clearance? WhyDo not cheat your customer and please tell before if you want more chargesI know from where I have booked shipment from and I have sent lots of things to India but never asked these chargesWhether I have booked directly via DTDC or via the third party, the ultimate parcel is getting delivered by DTDC, who is absolutely a cheater in every case. Probably the worst courier service I've ever had the misfortune to to have a delivery sent to me by. Tracking shows nothing, customer support are clueless & unhelpful, I passed around from department to department without any help whatsoever, tickets get closed as soon as you open one without response or reply & emails go unanswered. They don't have a clue where my parcel is. Do not even contemplate using this pathetic excuse of a courier - EVER.
Paid extra to upgrade my service to Saturday delivery. Called customer services at 8am to try to get a rough delivery window, guy who answered the phone sounded like he was surprised that’s it was coming on a Saturday. I told him the service was showing Saturday delivery and he just said it could arrive anytime before 5pm. I waited around at work all day on a Saturday for the package to arrive but DTDC never turned up. Customer services now won’t answer the phone. Shockingly bad service.
Driver with number plate Ls16mma overtucked me on single line where was roadworks. I Was forced to emergency stop the car to avoid crash. It was about 8:45 last Saturday. I have photo of the van, it looks he has been in accident before. The rear door was a bit hammered.
Paid to pick-up 2 boxes on 18Nov2020, as website said 'Same day pickup'.Actual pick-up 26Nov2020.Actual deliver 12Dec2020 (where website said 3-4days).WORST: Only 1 of 2 boxes came in broken condition, I am following on status of 2nd, no response!!!
Very poor service and disappointed.They are not helpful and they are very rude and telling lies .Avoid DTDC. Totally NOT recommended.DTDC agent from Croydon hold my parcel more than a week .I wrote a complaint letter to general manager no response.
