So glad I read the real negative reviews from ONLINE store I was about to place an order and now I won’t! Nothing angers me more than bad online customer service! Also I noticed the positive reviews look fake with timings dates being so close and the names.
Ok. Regular customer of khaadi.I'm rating 5 star which I think Hira Sadiq deserves. Other than that I would rate it lower. Hira was the only one sorted my matter out in such a polite friendly and patient manner.Before that they wouldn't even listen.I bought a set which the top was 12 and trouser was 16. They wouldn't return because the sale started. I still ahd 2 days left. But they created a fuss oh its sale and I can't blah blah.The thing is everyone should respect their space.One thing I would like to say. If ur watever background u are from but would like to speak English then I think u should also have manners of smiling, being polite and listen to what the customer says.Customers should also do the same.U will get more customers and people. will respect u more.
This company cheated me completely of my money. They charged me and never sent me my order. On reaching them they told me that they will not refund me any money as it is not their problem if order didn’t reach me. When I asked them for proof of delivery they didn’t have any. It’s been 3 months and I haven’t received my refund yet.
I was very happy with the staff service guven by Hira Sadiq. She helped my parents with all the online procedures. She was very kind enough to explain them throughout the procedure. The reason to give 5 stars is that the service is very fast and the staff are very helpful and respectful.
Good morning ppl...been today khaadi stratford...was looking not sure what to get got help from Hira and she was so helpful managed to pick up a few outfits. Such great customer service and very polite.I always shop at khaadi stratford for any occasions. Love their dresses as well as outfits. Hira thanks for the help. Eid Mubarak.
Hira was incredibly helpful and patient, ensuring I found exactly what I needed. She is friendly and I have never experienced such a kind staff member in any other Khaadi store. She is a real asset to Khaadi!
I was unsure about the measurements before placing my order I contacted the khaadi customer services and the responded to my email very promptly. Placed my order and after 2 working days I received my parcel. My kurta and pants were very comfortable and fitted exact to size.
