DO NOT MAKE ONLINE ORDERS. If I could give 0 stars I would. I returned an online order to receive and email stating the item is damaged so it's non-refundable. Nothing was wrong with the item it was sent back in perfect condition. I am not the first person they done this too I take it they need the money and they kept the item also. When they refunded me for other items I also returned the refund given including minus the so called damage dress still was incorrect refunded me lesser amount than what was owed When replying to them back I keep getting sent automated replies. Ridiculous
I recently purchased a kurta and matching pants. Order arrived but of late the quality if kurta's are sub standard and the workmanship is very poor. Upon checking the item, the Kurta's sequence's and beads was missing off one of the sleeves. I wrote to Khaadi they asked for me to return the Kurta. Thats not a problem to return Kurta but what do I do with the pants as they do not have the kurta in stock and i purchased as a set. I am stil awaiting for a resolution. Instead of being scammed, contact British, Dubai and other foreign authorities who have ombudsman to deal with online purchases and have legal powers to stop such unacceptable practices conducted by this company and their staff.
Worst customer service I have been ordered few suits from khaadi..and had to return due to low quality and dull colour.. not as they show in their website.. i have been writing mail for refund.. since i received.... Till now they haven't responded..and other side no customer service contact number..very bad service..never going to trust this khaadi shopping anymore.
For a person who has always talked so highly and recommended khaadi to all family and friends, I will never be going there again. As a company you should teach your staff how to respect their elders and learn customer service skills. My mother is quite old and she came back in the car puking due to the way she was treated in khaadi today. I am absolutely disgusted being an international, well known company that you can’t teach your staff the basics. If your staff an incompetent to serve the customers with respect and curtesy then I’m beyond concerned why they are working in such a high-named company. For your staff that haven’t got basic manners I’d politely advice it’s better for them to work in an office where they don’t interact with people, because clearly it’s a hard task for them.
I ordered 3 dresses of the same size i.e. 12, and received them all in 3 different sizes, even though they are tagged with the size 12. The fabric and sewing seem very poor and are nothing like the Khaadi I knew in Pakistan. It is such a shame!!! Now to refund/exchange I have to visit their store or the delivery service. Utterly disappointed!!!
Don't buy ever form khaadi , they don't have such customer service support, even their quality or stuff is cheap and 3rd class , I bought 5 dresses and when shlinked separately even they became faded the fabric leave it's color , just hate to shop from them.
