Company has zero customer value and service.They make accusations on brand new returns and accuse customer In my case they took item back, refused return, kept the item and had the cheek to accuse me.Everytime i made contact they simply copy paste a standard message.Company has no etiquette towards customers value.
Khaadi sales are worst, its either dupata is out of stock or shirt, seriously what should i do with a pant and dupata if shirt is out of stocked. It’s really really annoying and time wasting to even go through website at sale time. Im not gonna buy from khaadi anymore
Poor customer services online, they repeatedly send out damaged or dirty items & then refuse a refund when you send them back to them. Their own warehouse does not check items properly before sending them out and then they blame the customer.
