Much like many other customers, the customer service received from their online store is appalling. I have ordered many times from here and all is good if everything fits and has arrived ok. The problem is when you have any issue they shirk their responsibility. My parcel arrived missing a trouser. A low value item, purchased on sale. But now out of stock and meaning i couldnt wear the rest of the matching suit i ordered. I phoned and emailed. They said they will look into it. A month later they have tried to blame DPD and also sent me a CCTV of someone packing 12 items. The parcel was clearly not mine as the label was stuck in a very obviously different place and they showed no address label up close. When i pointed this out they said they would investigate. 2 weeks later they said they've done nothing wrong on their end and the case is closed. Why oh why do Asian online retailers behave in such an embarrassing way. It was a £6 trouser. Another retailer would've refunded or offered a replacement product or credit note immediately. Its just a matter of principle now so Ive taken it further with my bank and the ombudsman. Customers have their rights in the UK. They should review their policies and their customer service training.
I am a loyal customer for Khaadi Stratford since more than a decade. Recently I went for shopping on 27th May bank holiday time was between 4-5. I was selecting some dress near the fitting room. There was a English staff present at the time. She had a rude behaviour and completely ignored me as a customer. On the other hand she was attending other customer without head scarf so nicely. From her body language I can clearly understand that she is a rude. How come Khaadi can employee such racist staff. I was tortured and felt disgusted to be treated in such a way in a PAKISTANI store. I strongly believe that head scarf is not welcomed in the store and mistreat loyal customers with their looks and believes. As I shop repeatedly from khaadi I was never treated in such a way. All staff has always been welcoming carrying a beautiful smile. Well this is a Muslim and PAKISTANI store then I believe that the staff should have sufficient training and knowledge of respecting other nations and be able to acquire knowledge of our ethnic values and culture. I was even more horrified after listening to swearing words song played in the store. It's a PAKISTANI store then Pakistani music should be played as it gives a sense of identity or can play nasheed like it was played in past. The over all experience with KHAADI was disappointing and the senior management should take action against this English lady and send her on training for Customer Service and teach her concepts of DIVERSITY and treat every customer with respect and not be judgemental with their looks .
Made an order and didnt receive it. Started getting refund emails so called them and they were really proud of saying i am getting refunded.. But failed to realise i actually wanted the items i ordered that were not delivered. Customer Service agent Jamal was no use in helping me source items, but just said would raise an investigation... no timescales or anything. I asked to log a complaint and again couldnt explain the complaints process, just that he is email an internal team. So back on me to reorder items from the sale 10 days later so i know most will be out of stock. Then called again, chose option 4 which was complaints and surprise surprise Jamal answered the call, the same agent from general enquiry who had no knowledge of the complaints process and couldnt signpost me to the published complaints process... asked for him to ask a supervisor/manager, but surprise surprise one was not available, and when i requested a manager callback, was told 'i can try but no assuraties'.... total shambles
Such a scrammer! This is further to my previous review. The just do what they want and believes what they want to! No credibility and for them the customer is wrong and they are right! Now they want me to arrange a delivery again for the items that's I have refunded as according to them its worn despite of tags intact! So disappointed!
