I am a regular customer with khaadi. They never fail to provide me with great service. Ordered two 3 pc suits. Quality absolutely first class. From ordering to delivery was only 3 full days. Suits well packaged. I am very happy with this company. Have bought numerous suits both on their website and in person at the Manchester store. Lovely helpful staff at the Trafford Centre store. Will work hard to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
U had a missing kurti from my parcel. Had contacted Khaadi help desk who said they had escalated to relevant team and I’ll get an email. Got an email saying that the Kurta had been sent and they had sent me an image of the parcel being delivered, that wasn’t my issue my issue was a kurta being missed in parcel. I had asked them to send me proof that the kurta was sent, they said case is now closed as the warehouse team said 10 items were sent. It can be human error where it hadn’t been placed in parcel but Khaadi were being arrogant and closed case without customer satisfaction
KHAADI, WESTFIELD, WHITECITY, LONDON.SADLY I HAVE TO GIVE A STAR RATING IN ORDER TO MAKE A COMMENT.THIS STORE DOESN'T DESERVE ANY STARS IF THERE WAS AN OPTION OF MINUS STARS THEN IT WOULD BE, MINUS 10 STARS.THE OWNERS AND THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.A STORE WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVISES, NO MANAGEMENT, NO MORALS.BADLY TRAINED STAFF.BE CAREFUL THEY FALSELY ACCUSE THEIR CUSTOMERS OF STEALING.WHEN CONFRONTED TO PROVIDE PROOF THEY RUN AWAY.
I ordered a summer kurta online which didn't meet my expectations. I tried to return it in Khdi store and they refused to accept it and said they couldn't find it on their computer. The kurta had all the tags and information on delivery packet but they still didn't give me an exchange. I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from khadi as they could have given me an exchange...was so simple but they refused. There was apparently nothing wrong with the package either.Very disappointing
I wouldn’t even give them a one star. The Westfield khaadi team are untrained, rude and aggressive when I tried returning an outfit that had missing sleeves , the mixed race young girl who is tall with her slicked back is absolutely rude. She has no manners and her colleagues the women are rude and aggressive. I escalated my concerns to the head office with photos who are based abroad they are useless and dumb and agreed with the staff. Never would I shop at the Westfield branch again. The experience was horrible they were acting like this and being rude to me in front of my daughter who is only 4 years old. Nasty people
There was a time when Khaadi actually housed beautiful, classy pieces in material of exceptional quality but for the last 3 years it has all gone downhill. The material, quality, design, colours, fit. Their clothes are actually ugly now. Wake up Khaadi.
So, I shopped with this company for the first time while in Birmingham, and the customer service was wonderful, sadly, the wonderful service I received was not representative of the online customer service. I called customer service as I had a question about the colour of an item. I provided the male rep the item number and he quickly said the item was sold out in all sizes, he said this despite the item being in my cart and showing was available for purchase. In fact seconds after the call ended, the item was still available and I was able to proceed to the checkout with the item. I called customer service four times, but despite the opening hours showing 24 hours, no one answered the calls. I ultimately submitted an email to complain, and received a number of lies and excuses. They claim that the stock changes daily, however, the item was available during the call to the rep, then they claimed that they were busy, and that was why no one answered my calls?? This company is horrible, and they have lost a customer.
Khaadi has one of the worst customer services or company with no ethics I’ve ever come across. I ordered a online item (paid £49.00) which was just delivered at the wrong address when asking for my refund back as I didn’t get the item khaadi’s response regarding my refund after six weeks was the item was was delivered and declined my refund back! Disgusting..
