DONT BUT FROM KHAADI!!Here once again, leaving them a bad review. Order at your own risk!! Khaadi are scamming their customers! Received an email saying they can’t refund my returns are they weren’t in good condition. The items I returned weren’t even opened. From reading the reviews. Khaadi has been sending out the same email to everyone!! Which is absolutely ridiculous. I have been sending email after email. No reply… khaadi is SCAM!! They’ve done this to me twice now!! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE WITH THIS FAKE, SCAMMING COMPANY WHO JUST KEEPS STEALING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS!!
Purchased two hair color 2 weeks ago. Contacted the company via email for a return label because one of the package was open and I have tried the other one but it did not color my hair at all. Told them that I felt the products are falsely advertised. They refused to send the return label and suggested I ordered another product to enhanced the powdered hair dyes. I tried calling but only get a recurring voice saying an gent will be with me in a moment and after ten times of the computer generated voice it hung up. I’ve tried several different times and the same results. Now I’m stuck with product I cannot use.
I have ordered from this company several times and actually quite like their clothes. However, on the back of my recent experience I will never order from them again. There was a mistake with my order - they automatically allocated me a different size as the one I ordered had gone out of stock. I emailed them immediately but they refused to amend the order. Trying to get the whole thing sorted and get a refund has taken weeks and a lot of hassle. I can only imagine that their “Customer Service” is AI generated as it is completely useless and impersonal.
Khaadi brand is not designed for online trading. I ordered 13 items as a birthday gift. 3 items were not found in the delivered package but are marked as shipped on the the invoice. We raised the matter with customer care. They are giving one constant reply since 3 weeks. That they will come back when concerned department responds. There are no service level agreements. There is no value go customer concerns and customer satisfaction. I will not recommend to buy online at khaadi.com
I'm not one to leave negative reviews because I believe in giving businesses a chance however, I had a poor experience ordering online with Khaadi and would advise others to refrain from doing so unless you are absolutely certain that you won't be returning anything.I placed two orders in May and returned items from both. Long story short, I finally got my money back almost 3 months later after many emails and phone calls. It was a nightmare trying to communicate with them via email and even harder to speak to someone reliable on the phone. There was mixed messaging from different customer service advisors, and overall the customer service was unprofessional.Twice they sent me a generic message/ lie about my refund: "...your refund is in its final stages of disbursement and will be disbursed into your account very soon". Both times this was a total lie and a way to get me to stop contacting them and forget about my refund. In the end they said that the reason they hadn't issued me a refund for 2 months was because I had returned it just outside of the 14 day window. This hadn't been mentioned any point earlier in the correspondence, and oddly the Royal Mail tracking that I sent the parcels with said that the parcels were still 'in transit'. That status didn't change even though Khaadi acknowledged receipt of the parcels.Thankfully, I was eventually issued a refund but that was after a lot of unnecessary stress and time spent chasing it up. I am pleased with the dress that I kept but in the future, I'd avoid buying from khaadi.com again.
I ordered online clothes worth £69 on two separate occasions, I returned the items due to sizing being incorrect, till today I have not received a refund, and when I called their helpline the gentleman on the other side flogged me off with with different reasons saying "I need a order number" when I gave him a order number he said "madam I can not help you you need to contact customer service know" it is know September I have seen no refund made to till this day I have proof of sending items back if refund is not made I will be contacting rip off Britain.
