How these fraudsters are allowed to trade, I don't know

Placed my order on 25 Nov, as a Christmas/New Year gift. Updated that delivery would be delayed by more than a month (so it would be end of Jan 2023 to get my item), so now trying to get a refund.Only an automated reply to my first email, then silence. No responses to other chasing emails, no one answers the phone, no one responds to online chat requests.I suspect I will have to go through my bank to get my money back from these fraudsters. How they are allowed to continue trading I have no idea. (And yes, I have reported them to Trading Standards, as should anyone else with a similar experience.)

Ordered 2 items from the blackout drop…

Ordered 2 items from the blackout drop on 25/11 for xmas for my son spent over £450! Order confirmation email then nothing till a few days ago to say one item would be available on the 17th Dec but as I ordered 2 i have to wait till the 21st for the tracksuit!!But when you order it doesn’t say you have to wait this long!!!Zero customer service no one replies!!Never again will i order from here!

Slow delivery but the Quality is spot on ⭐️

I thought I best come on and leave another review after Already leaving a negative one and I couldn’t edit it. I was loosing hope that I wasn’t going to received my order in time for Xmas but I finally mange to speak to some one and within 5mins they had picked and packed my order and shipped it for next day delivery. Customer service is slow but I guess there super busy and having delays. I’m really happy with my children’s coats and tracksuits they were deffo worth the wait even if it was stressful hense why I’ve have the 4 ⭐️ Instead of 5 but the Quality of the range is spot.

Shocking and disgusting company

Absolutely disgusting I ordered my son's tracksuit on the 25th of November 2022 to I have sent him over 100 emails asking them where it is you can't talk to anyone it's all computerised and they ask you the same questions older number your name email address date of order and postcode I can't believe this company is disgusting ordered over £300 worth of clothing fuming

the delivary date is from 3-10 working days its been over a month, I bought a coat on the 25th of november and still hasnt came their pathetic excuse of a customer service just says the same thing

Still waiting for tracksuit ordered on…

Still waiting for tracksuit ordered on 25th November. Get occasional updates to say order will be posted soon, still nothing arrives. Now just got an email to say they are moving to a bigger facility to help with orders. What a joke. I’m currently going through my bank to claim money back. Avoid as you will be very disappointed.

Pay for the name, and to be taken for a mug

One of the worst services, or lack thereof. I made an order of three items, for my nephew, in November.First item from order took over 1 month to arrive, with no updates or responses despite contacting customer services every other day. Each time I contacted them, I would only receive automated emails asking for order details, over and over.When first item was received, the stitching was unravelling on the side of the trousers and seams were scratchy for something so expensive. You're paying for the name and you will be angry at yourself for lining their pockets.Return shipping must be covered by yourself, and refunds take another 6-8 weeks for them to issue. For faulty items, return shipping is not covered unless you are persistent with customer services. If you have any problem contacting customer services for several days, make a complaint to Trading Standards and get a chargeback from your bank. Contact Citizens Advice for any guidance you may need.As for the other two items in my three-item order: it's been over 2 months and they still haven't shipped..

Very Bad company paid £360 for two…

Trapstar Do Not use this company, paid £360 for two Tracksuits November 2022 and did not received, no communication, requested refund and nothing, Son had no Christmas present. Absolute Joke DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE/CUSTOMS CHARGES WITHOUT A REASON

First of all, I ordered from 2 different accounts on 11/25/22 and my first order came within 10 days without any additional fees. The second one arrived in about 20 days and just for 2 T-shirts the customs charges were around 80 euros. I had to pay almost the same price as the product for the customs charges even though my other order was not charged anything additional. Many friends of mine ordered the same day as I did and had no additional charges too. I tried sending bunch of emails to their customer service team but had no response. AVOID THIS BRAND you cannot have this kind of customer support.....
