Black Friday sale / drop... Tracksuit ordered on Black Friday. Eventually get feedback when questioning delivery... delivery details hidden in small print, delivery to commence from 21st Dec and can take up to 12 days. So Black Friday Sale with delivery mid Jan. Never mind the price and quality issues, cost of postage... First and last experience of buying anything from these Jokers.
Absolutely disgusting service, I had ordered £430 worth of stuff they confirmed my order and took the money out of my account, half an hour later I got an email saying my order had been cancelled due to “fraud” yet the money still got taken out of my account, I have emailed them numerous times and I’ve had no response whatsoever, I kept getting the same automated email which is telling me someone will get back to me in the space of 24hrs, it’s been 4 days and I’ve heard nothing, highly recommend anyone that’s this happened to to go and report this further than mikey trapstar as you’ll get no response off of him, they have also been deleting everyone’s comments on instagram where people have shared their bad experience, mikey trapstar is in absolute denial over his appalling service, this is a genuine review the presents that I ordered were Christmas presents and I’ve only been let down PLEASE PLEASE report to TRADING STANDARDS
This company is awful. This is the first and last time I will be purchasing ANYTHING from Trapstar. It was supposed to be a birthday gift for my nephew, I made 2 orders on the 25th November 1 order (that was ordered last) came a week later but unfortunately I had to sent it back because to big the delivery company has said it was delivered back safely the next day but Trapstar has yet to confirm my return was received and it has been 3 days now. My first order is no where to be seen not even a dispatch email and it has been 2 weeks. I have tried to email several times and called but no one answers my calls or no reply to my emails. I actually can’t believe this company, they do not care about the customers at all!!!.
Placed an order in 25th November now being told it won’t get here until after Xmas! I spent nearly £400 and can’t afford to get other presents so son now had nothing but stocking fillers for Xmas. Customer service send the same standard reply’s of you’ll get an email when it’s been dispatched
Fuming!!!!😡 I ordered a tracksuit on the 25th November as a Christmas gift for my son and still haven't received it and there is no communication from them. I find this absolutely disgusting when you are spending so much money on one item you expect some kind of of communication absolute joke of a company will definitely not be using again and I advise everyone to steer clear.
Scam scam scam, same as everyone elseOrdered 25th november havent had a confirmation or anything, i call then and an american tells me the operators are busy and hang up on me, they dont reply to emails all their replies are generic and do not help. Looks like i will be taking this up with my bank and reporting this as a scam, they have taken £450 off me and i have heard nothing from them. I will be getting my money back
