I would give no stars if possible!!I placed a Christmas order on 24/11/2022 order still not updated and nothing received!I have emailed and called and as everyone else says, no reply or technical issues.I have now contacted my bank to try and get a refund but my son’s main gift won’t be there!! 🤬
UPDATE: Still not received my order made on 24 November! Get fobbed off with an email saying we hope to get your order despatched soon. ABSOLUTE JOKE! They blame the delivery companies but everything else I have ordered elsewhere comes without a delay. They are a money-grabbing company who does not care less about their customers and puts profit above all else. ....First, and last, time ordering from Trapstar. Delivery is a joke. 3 weeks and my order has not been despatched. Communication has gone unanswered. No customer service. Avoid this company. Other reviews also sum up the fact this company just wants your money and doesn't care about after service.
*YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED* Do not order from Trapstar no matter the circumstance, they are by far the worst company in the world. Ordered on 24th November, order still not received. No emails received and won't respond to emails, absolutely useless. Zero customer service. Will be contacting my bank and Action Fraud. Unbelievable how they are still operating and how they get away with it. Their rating and reviews on here are self explanatory.
If I’ve just had read all these reviews before paying £189.00! Order placed on 24th November, money out of my card straight away. Tried contacting by e-mail, phone, live chat. Received only some standardised e-mails that don’t solve the issue. AVOID!!!!!!Update: received the tracksuit. STILL waiting for the coat!!!!! SINCE NOVEMBER!!!!!!! AVOID! AVOID!!!!
Never again,such bad service and customer service,ordered in November still nothing,I’ve ordered thousounds of pound worth of stuff over the last year but this was the last time I give them my money,look at in my bag clothing instead,it’s higher quality and great customer service
Order shooters puffer jacket on November the 24th, was supposed to be shipped within 7 working days. I then received an email to tell me it would be shipped on the 16th of December, it’s now the 8th of January and I received nothing. I’ve been waiting almost 2 months this is unacceptable, as others mentioned customer service is terrible they barely ever reply. They tell you they ship with DHL when it is in fact DPD do not buy from them directly it’s easier to pay the £30 more and buy from a reseller instead if you’re that desperate.
The worst experience. The order was very late and when I received it I was asked to pay all the taxes (VAT, customs duties) because Trapstar declared that they had not been paid. I wrote them emails, I called them, but you have no one to talk to. Communication with them is very difficult. The invoice they inserted in the package did not reflect the amount I paid when I placed the order. It was the first and last time I ordered from this site.
The tracksuit was delivered today and it’s totally disgusting you can tell it’s been already worn and the tracksuit bottoms are all bobbly. Totally disgusting to send out a tracksuit like that. So will be sending it straight back. Just mad how l have to pay to post it back 😡😡😡
