Purchased Trapstar clothing online for the first time, item did arrive however incorrect size was sent.Despite the above I communicated with Trapstar customer service and Novella was great help in amending the correct item and it was sorted within week.Great clothing and great customer service.
Terrible customer service Ordered a trapstar olive green jacket for Black Friday and got delivered to the wrong address been trying to contact them ever since and haven’t gotten a response this is an absolute disgrace stay away from this company!!!!
Customer service absolutely shocking multiple emails, multiple calls, no response. still not received order. no one ever seems to be manning the web chat, no one ever replies to emails or calls. Hope my son grows out of this brand as quick as he got into it, as won’t be ordering again.
Ordered a tracksuit for my sons Xmas and I'm still waiting!! No matter how many email you send they do not respond. This site is a scam do not order from these fraudsters My son was absolutely gutted and we do not have that kind of money to waste!!
Absolutely shocking company! I spent £600 on an order in November and STILL haven’t received anything. None of the items were on pre order and all said they were in stock. Ruined Christmas as the items were all presents. Never answer the phone or reply personally to emails either. Avoid at all costs no matter how much your teenager wants these items!!
Ordered some items for Christmas presents four weeks ago and they have still not arrived. I have tried to communicate via live chat and via email for part 3 weeks and no response. Awful customer service, still no order or update on estimated arrival time.
