This is the first time I have used this service in booking tickets for a concert. They young lady I spoke with was ever so helpful and could not do enough for me. She really is an asset to your team. She talked me through the whole process and explained everything, I felt she genuinely wanted to help and was not in a rush to get me off of the phone.5 star service , A+++

so easy to book for the wheelchair tickets could be better if allowed standard ticket purchase ticket as well as have to do 2 separate transactions for a party of 3

Non-existent customer service! Appalling!

They will only have a chatbot, keep telling me live chat with customer service is unavailable. Look, I still have not received my Mobile ID tickets on both the Ovo Arena and AXS app and the event is in 4 days! This must be the worst online ticketing company I ever dealt with. No phone number and no live chat customer service agents. Even though they say live chat times are mon-fri 9 to 5.30.. Well it's only 4pm now! Everyone should beware of buying anything from them!

Make VPN info more obvious!

I seriously dislike that I can't use the AXS app while I have VPN enabled on my phone. All of the other ticketing apps that I use work whilst I have VPN switched on and I didn't see anything to tell me that I need to disable VPN in order to sign into the AXS app - this would have saved a lot of time and effort!William, who engaged with me on the chat was very helpful though, hence 3 stars, when really I would have given 1 star.

Awful company!

After initially leaving a negative review on here due to having no response by email from the customer service team. Tom from AXS trust pilot team contacted me to resolve the matter and within less than 24 hours has helped me purchase an additional ticket. AXS work under two teams and this route seemed to resolve the issue quickly; thank you Tom!

Great Job Farren !!

Great Job Farren !!I purchased tickets but was unable to access the AXS app and was getting super stressed.Tried the Live chat several times but messages kept disappearing.Then I logged on and got Farren - who was super helpful and patient, looked into the cause of my problem (due to my location country) and resolved for me Thank you so much !!
