Won't let me buy tickets

Have tried repeatedly to buy tickets for an RHS show and the system claims that I am a bot and cannot take my money. There is no helpline and no human to resolve the issue. So frustrating. In the end we gave up and didn't go to the show.

No tickets. No way of direct communication with the company. A very stressful experience. Forget your app, just send the tickets in an email like every other company.
