Review Time
I am having the worst time with this company and I will NEVER buy from them again. I wouldn't recommend buying any tickets from these guys-My daughter is unable to attend the event and I have been trying to transfer tickets, I have a buyer ready. I have had so many 'automated' responses to my questions, feel like I have been around in circles.The gig is two days away and I am about to be out of pocket. Nowhere does it say that these tickets were none transferable. DO NOT buy from this site
Garbage website. Constantly tells me a ticket is available then says sold out when i click on it, then says I’m a bot when I’ve clicked too many times because every available ticket I click isn’t available and so I have to click another one. Then, I finally get one to work, put in my payment details and get hit with “problem with payment”. Trying to pay again kicked me out as a bot and I lost the ticket.This payment problem happened 5 times, I lost every ticket due to being kicked out, and now it won’t let me access the website at all. All of this crap and yet scalpers will still manage to buy 2000 tickets at once with no problem.Adam from customer services just sent a lame premade message that said “dont click too much” and “try again in a few hours”. the event is OVER in a few hours and I have to click multiple times if every ticket says it’s available and then isn’t. He then aired me and reset the chat so I was back in the queue.0/10
ORDER NUMBER 118018213No tickets received, told ID barcode would allow me access, refused entry at door, had to go to box office who made 3 clicks on screen and tickets arrived in app. Not sure why customer service couldn’t do this, I sent screen shots showing no tickets in account. Embarrassing to be refused entry
I feared that my booking (and my money) had disappeared into the ether as I had received neither a confirmation email nor my ticket but one message to your customer service team (Sandra?) resolved the situation in a matter of minutes. Not entirely sure about the date below, sorry.
i did not receive the tickets As i didnt receive any follow up emails i could not remember who i purchased the tickets from and therefore unable to chase to enable myself to go. ive just found the confirmation email, hence the delay in advising you. Refund ??
