Review Time
Stuck on a chatbot and ticketing loop, as there is an error in AXS mobile ticketing for an event that I am due to attend today. Shambolic customer service and no direct route to finding out if my tickets will work before I travel 200 miles to a Stevie Wonder concert in Birmingham. If anyone at AXS can contact me ASAP it would be a fantastic help as I have spent all weekend waiting for this to resolve!Raised a ticket with Customer service and have no urgency to resolve even though the event is today. Avoid using AXS at all costs, Ticketmaster and others have a far more responsive customer service.
Poor service, can’t even provide live customer service, AI generated answers that clearly do not solve the persistent issue, website is crap!! Use account and get accused of being a bot, offers tickets then can’t purchase due to a problem???? Reply sent to AXS 8th July via link provided, let’s see what they have to say, so many people being annoyed by this lack of functionality and many disappointed people, young people who expect results from this tech??
Regarding help with a ticket issue as i'd bought tickets through another agency gigantic.com which sends them to AXS to issue them into the app at their discretion but your site has helped me regarding that i might have to go to the booking office at the arena to get them prinred off instead of being on my mobile
All I wanted was to buy a parking ticket for Stereophonics on 16th August. I have actually spent the past two days trying to do that. I was sent a link to pay for a parking ticket but that doesn’t work, not accepting payment. I’ve tried contacting them through Facebook but no response. Absolutely ridiculous that you cannot get a response from these people. If you can, avoid them!!
I have an urgent query. AXS UK does not appear to have a proper Customer Service set up. I tried three phone numbers, not one was in operation at all, ie "unobtainable". I tried a Chat via AXS website but after waiting on line for about an hour or so the person could not answer and said he would email me as soon as he had a response. The next day, still no response. I accessed Chat again and got caught up with an endless loop as the auto system could not cope with my query and presumably no human was available. At the moment, there is no way forward for me.
