Absolute Rubbish. Obviously cannot deal with anything like demand. I had a code for Radiohead but got blocked for being a bot. All routes to solving it didn't work. Trying today on the resale, blocked from my phone and two laptops. Customer service unusable, obviously overwhelmed.
I signed into my AXS account, I was sent a two stage authentication code which I used. I accessed my account, so I went to find resale tickets, I selected two tickets but the payment transaction "failed" despite the fact I had approved it in my bank App, so I was told to find another payment method, which I did. I was then told my tickets were no longer available. After that I have blocked with the accusation that I was a Bot. How happy do you think I am?
D-Block Europe London 15/12/25Tried to purchase tickets for D-Block Europe. Desperately wanted standing. App says none available so went ahead and bought 2 seated tickets away up in the nose bleed area. Kept checking the app and managed to get one standing on AXS & another standing on Ticketmaster. Tried to go on and sell the 2 seated but AXS app won’t let me. The function to sell is greyed out. I tried to contact customer service but get nowhere with robotic replies. Main reply is that it’s the event organiser who won’t allow resale. I’m confused because I have the function to sell my ticket from ticket master so why is AXS not giving me this option to sell these extra tickets I purchased because there website was misleading making people panic buy!!I felt AXS drip released the tickets , there was tickets available all day in different sections it had previously looked like were full. They also added another day for Friday which everyone would prefer over the Monday.Dirty and unfair tactics used. Totally misled . Really poor AXS. Unable to get an advisor , left with no other option that to leave a negative review reflecting the whole disappointing experience. Would never buy tickets from here again.Sticking to ticket master!
I booked accessible tickets for Abba Voyage. Picked seats and paid. No confirmation email. No access to the app. Tried to reset password. Not receiving emails from axs. No access. No telephone number. No help whatsoever. Help Bot doesn't work. Website doesn't work. All in all I cannot access my ticket order. I have no option other than to cancel the order by starting a dispute with Barclaycard. Because There's a stonewall from axs.Absolute rubbish!
