Review Time
The service delivered my package to incorrect address despite having eircode attached. After raising the issue, where the driver attached proof of delivery with picture of different house, the UPS got absolutely nightmare to start claim process. I have received an email two days later saying their driver collected my package from the wrong house and re delivered to mine. I haven't received nothing and checked CCTV and got nothing. After notify UPS of this they accused me indirectly of receiving the package and not declaring it. I told them I can show CCTV footage and asked them when the driver re deliver the package to my house as CCTV showed absolutely nothing and I have got nothing. The company lied about the driver redelivered the package. I asked why didn't they took another picture as a proof of delivery as with the first one to incorrect house.I'm very disappointed with their approach.
Truly horrific company, it's gotten to the stage that I will no longer buy from a company that uses UPS as delivery. Sent message to pay customs, paid them instantly. Check tracking at the end of the day wondering where my parcel is and it says I rejected the order at my door because I refused to pay customs. That update is 3 hours after the last update that says I've paid the charges. Was working from home all day, driver just wasn't bothered to deliver the package. You're better off saving your energy instead of calling customer service. Surely one of the worst companies in Ireland.
What a nightmare of a company to deal with. Waiting for a package for 5 working days. Contacted customer "service" (more like a frustrating chamber of platitudes) maybe 7 times over those 5 days to no avail of receiving my package. Driver said I was not available for delivery and I was there all day waiting for them. It's 2024, could they not just use their telephone? My impression is they couldn't have been bothered. Reconfirmed my address and eircode yesterday, and apparently it still has not gone out for delivery. The communication within the UPS organisation itself seems dislocated and extremely inefficient. Surely me having direct contact with the depot in Finglas would have sorted this out days ago, instead of having to trudge through the same phone menu, to face the same platitudes and mostly false promises about calls back from the depot.
