Awful, just awful!Two weeks our package has been stuck in Dublin, with UPS trying and FAILING to deliver it to us. From needing an access code (when it NOT needed), "incomplete address" to actually trying to deliver our package to the wrong freakin place. Three calls, three emails...Having to change the delivery address to my office, just to make sure they are able to deliver the package... and still they need 2 working days because of high volume. The package has basically been right at my doorstep for two weeks, and I still have to wait. And now I will not get my package in time, when I absolutely needed this before a spesific date. UPS could not have done a worse job.
UPS have had my parcel since November 20th (today is December 18th). The package has gone through 3 tracking numbers and 13, yes 13, failed "attempts" to deliver, despite all address details being confirmed correct and no access issues for the address. 5 or 6 different excuses have been given for not delivering and none of them are relevant to the address. Customer service is nonexistent, as their customer service team is in the Phillipines and has no way of contacting regional depots. No local numbers or emails are available, and UPS My Choice takes you round in circles trying to find any information on package tracking.
The most useless delivery service I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. If an online order ever again tells me that their service delivery provider is UPS, I will just cancel my order. I have been trying to get 1 box delivered to my house for a week now. Ringing their Customer Service (who are doing their best to be fair) only to constantly be told "We will deliver your package in 1-2 days". This has been going on for a week now. Apparent delivery attempts were made 3 times (however no motion at all was recorded on my home security camera, as no one actually attempted to deliver). No way to contact the depot directly. At this point, I'm tempted to have the box just sent back to the sender - it is not worth the stress of trying to deal with this absolutely useless delivery service.
Absolutely useless. Have my package since Thursday (today is Saturday) and they are now saying it'll be Monday for delivery. I live 40 mins from the depot. The usual excuses of it being a busy time of the year, you'd swear that Christmas time didn't happen every year. Oh ya no delivery on a Saturday either, mind boggling. You'd be better off using a carrier pigeon
Wish I had read these first. Organised to ship something from the Netherlands to Dublin. Took all info on the first day I paid and then never collected the parcel. Took me 4 days to figure out how to put in for another collection. Then it wouldn’t allow me to chose the correct options. Was on hold for 45 mins before the call was cut off so had no idea how to fix this issue. Finally got it sorted. This was suppose to be delivered for Christmas.
If I could give minus 10 I would. Absolutely shocking service. Delivered my parcel to Drogheda rather than Dublin. Only thanks to the kind person to whom it was delivered for contacting me, I’m hopefully getting my parcel back. Serious breach of GDPR, all my personal information being delivered to someone else. Have been an absolute nightmare to deal with and absolutely no help at all to get my parcel back. Avoid UPS at all costs.
Waiting for a parcel to be delivered. Every single day I get mixed replies. It's either STILL in their warehouse or it's on the way and the driver will be there "today" (for 6 days???) or I'll get a call back with totally unhelpful replies. Absolutely useless and TOTALLY UNRELIABLE courier service. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!
