If I could give here lest than 1 I definitely would! Worst delivery company ever, full of lies, costumer service is useless like you’re speaking to the wall, they don’t care about the customers at all!!!! You’re paying for the delivery to chase yourself the parcel? I don’t understand why someone is still using their service

You are really incompetent

You are really incompetent. You have to close and go dig the earth!! My parcel has been stuck at your depot for 6 days! You say that you tried to deliver and that I wasn't at home but IT'S NOT TRUE: how can you say I wasn't at home if you didn't call me or ring me, or send me an EMAIL??? You are awful and I will give you bad publicity EVERYWHERE!! On Monday I was promised that the package would arrive the next day, I didn't receive anything!! I was promised a call yesterday from a supervisor within an hour, no one called me!!! Rely in a wandering seagull!!! But don't go to UPS!! I'll sue you if I don't receive the package by today.

tried them for a year

tried them for a year. switched to DHL. UPS are always making problems from nowhere. I hope that company will be bankrupt.

Totally unreliable!

Ordered Vouchers from One 4 all for my employees for Christmas, dispatched to UPS on time & sitting on their tracking system as delayed. Customer service no help, lied to me & told me the package was out for delivery today. So I stayed there & waited , no show !My employees finished up for Christmas without a gift. UPS you have lost, one 4 all, a customer because they use you for logistics! Unless that changes we will use a different voucher option next year. And where is my package !

Received my keypad mouse set today from Amazon. The box looked like it was kicked around the place, open at the sides with brown tape holding one side together and bent in the middle. I have made a complaint to Amazon about their UPS delivery method and also sent the pictures. I wish i could upload the pictures here for people to see how bad the delivery was. It is the first time I have received delivery from UPS. Hopefully never again. Not impressed

Worst delivery service ever

Worst delivery service ever. Do not use them. Even if they offer you free delivery, don’t take it because you won’t receive a package anyway. My parcel has been with them over one month and I cannot get it off them.

The worst delivery service in the world

The worst delivery company. It is not the first time online shops have used UPS for delivery. But always the same result. Your parcel will be delayed. Delivery date and time can be changed a few times per day. You need to stay near the window and wait for delivery because if you don't open the door when the delivery comes, they will just go back with your parcel without knocking on the door.

0 stars, the worst courier company in the country by a long stretch. Fabricated updates, fabricated attempted deliveries, customer service that is no help at all. GDPR breach - after a 16day battle my package is now with a stranger in Dublin 2 who has all of my details and my items and UPS cannot confirm the address where it was left. PAINFUL, INCOMPETENT, SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

Horrific Terrible rude and incompetent

If I could give a minus I would. Horrific service, DEPLORABLE customer service. The woman who eventually answered the phone after calling for 4 DAYS in Sligo depot was rude and short with me. I cannot believe her attitude!!The listed drop off stops are not actually accurate and no help or advice is provided. Avoid at all costs!!!! I called the customer care line who also were also Awful. So at least they are consistently terrible
