Review Time
Incompetent liars. Package supposed to be delivered 7th December I wasn't home so missed it. Rescheduled delivery for next day 8th when I would be home. Then began the nightmare. Every day since then package says it will be delivered the next day only to be delayed again. I've spoken to 4 customer service reps. One rescheduled my delivery for the next day. It never arrived so I rang back. This time they said they would 'notify' the local depot to call me and tell me when my package will be delivered. Why can't they answer that question themselves?? I shouldn't have been surprised when by the end of the day... No call. Ring back a third time third day in a row we're now 1 week down the line. Same story as yesterday the local depot will call me today... I have no trust in this company and I am desperate now. I am told collection is not an option. Ringing customer service achieved nothing. Package just arrived today unscheduled. Delivery man said he doesn't even deliver to this area normally and shouldn't have my package on his van?? I've never dealt with such a useless company before. I don't know how they're still in business. If I see a company uses these in future I will be avoiding.
"Please provide UPS with the security access that they need to deliver this package." Over the last two weeks, I have tried every way to somehow provide the delivery driver with my mobile phone number or the security access code that they keep requesting. I have had daily calls with UPS representatives. And each call - every one - follows a familiar arc, some new voice lighting up to tell me that, actually, the driver has tried to deliver it to the address. However, there has been an issue with the security access. Their voices drop a little when I interrupt, and I feel bad explaining that this is maybe the 14th time that I have had this conversation. Please, one moment, while I look into this for you. My mobile phone number must be on a brigade of carrier pigeons that they are surely using to communicate to the depot, my security access code plastering the Dublin depot wall in post-it notes. Now, I admit that I'm no expert in international logistics, but those don't seem like good solutions. I thought that I had found a solution, though, and was delighted when I received a notification to say that my request to have this parcel picked up at a Pick-Up point was being processed. But, yesterday afternoon, I received a notification, reading like the obituary for someone you had been hoping would pull through - "Please provide UPS with the security access that they need to deliver this package." In many ways, I feel envious of those whose reviews conclude that their delivery had just been lost, or even left in the jaws of rabid dogs in a neighbouring field. I do genuinely believe that that would be better than this continuingly boring cycle - it would certainly make for a more interesting daily conversation with a UPS representative. But I have now reached a point of such dejection that I simply don't care about the contents of my package anymore. I don't care if I receive them, I don't care if I don't. I'm not sure if I care if I get refunded. I just want this sorry foray into this hellish maze of unprocessed queries and notifications and I-Can-Look-Into-This-For-You to just end. I simply do not care anymore.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with the delivery service for my order. The delivery driver, unfortunately, did not make a genuine attempt to deliver my package. Instead of knocking or ringing the bell, the driver dropped a delivery notice at my doorstep and hastily departed. This lack of effort and professionalism left me frustrated and questioning the reliability of the delivery service. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service, especially when it comes to timely and accurate deliveries. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of those expectations.I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues within their delivery process to ensure a more positive experience for future customers.
Ordered 2 packages from separate company's on blackfriday both company's use ups for delivery. 1st package was attempted to deliver twice and they didn't deliver despite instructions to leave at door , they have now lost this package and still haven't refunded it. 2nd package was never attempted to be delivered and was sent back to sender without a delivery attempt. Rude and unhelpful customer service . Useless website. Worst delivery experience. Will never order from a company who use ups again
UPS consistently does not deliver packages and does not leave a notice or call. I have been home multiple times and they won't deliver the package because they do not attempt to contact me. They don't even take the packages somewhere I can collect, they just threaten to send them back to the sender. It is an unacceptable level of service given every other courier has been able to figure this out and deliver our packages.
My original order was returned to the sender for no reason by UPS.I had to re-order and pay again for the order which has been sitting in UPS warehouse since Tuesday 12th December. Every day I check the tracking and it says it's being delivered that day between 11.30and 15.30, it's now a week later and still no sign.I have rang Customer Support every day to check the status and every day I have been promised it will be delivered that day. I rang again this morning and was told the same thing, I asked to speak to someone in the local office and not in a call centre on the other side of the world and was accused of being racist. I am fuming. I now doubt I will have my package in time for Christmas.
Driver never called. No email. No warning of a delivery window. They expect you to telepathically guess the date and time and be at the gate, waiting for them with a smile on your face. They returned the product back to the seller. Company offered a refund and lost a nice discount.
Product arrived into Dublin, Ireland on the 12th December however it's now nearly a week later and it's still in the facility in Dublin. I live in Dublin - I'd be quicker going to the warehouse and getting it myself. No updates to tracking since the 14th December and they've put a note that delays are due to weather. The weather in Ireland is very mild and a bit of rain - no weather warnings in place!
If I could give minus stars I would. Company is an absolute joke trying to get a delivery date off them is like trying to get blood out of a stone package delayed nearly 2 weeks and still no one can tell me when I'm going to receive it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
