“Attempted delivery” when four people were home wasn’t completed. Now in a loop with no communication at all and customer care telling me it will be delivered today. No sign. No ability to change delivery to an Access Point app doesn’t recognise the local Access Point address. Absolutely useless.
Absolutely the worst delivery company they dont care about customers,very unprofessional. Was told that they have only 2 attempted home deliveries per customer. Usually the driver call but lately no phone calls and never know when they are coming or if not home they use to leave the package with the security or in the security box in Custom House Square but now never happend anymore. I got an email saying the package will be delivered inext day and no one came. I was home all day long but the delivery guy didn't come. I call ups and a girl named Lucila completely bored and very unprofessional said some of the drivers don't like to use their mobile phones to call costumers and there is nothing she can do about it and if i want my package they wont come again but i can go to pick it up myself from some place in Finglas. Very disappointed of the services they provide for a paying customer, completely useless. We pay for this services so they should give their drivers an work phone and proper training. We can't take days off work how many times a week they want.
Was waiting for a package, said it wasn’t able to be delivered. I rang customer service and instead said I want to collect it from their depot. I showed up at depot and was told they couldn’t find my package, told they will ring me in the morning with an update when it’s found. It’s an important package and is needed asap hence driving over an hour to go collect it. Terrible terrible service
I had 2 parcels booked in for collection driver never bothered calling to collect instead he put down I wasn't home for 1 and the other said parcel wasn't outside the door like I said it would be, 2 different responses for not picking up 2 parcels at same place, 2 lies about me instead of just saying he couldn't be bothered to do it very unprofessional
Normally I wouldnt time writing a review but it really warrants one. How is it possible UPS still exist as an international courier service? I use them 2x a week for parcels to EU, next day delivery. My customer expects it to be delivered as do I. Arranging a pick-up is useless, I dont know how many times the driver just passed by and didnt pick up, even though I contacted him like an hour earlier!!! As a result of this I started driving the 10km to town to a designated drop-off point to make sure it will be sent. Sometimes they dont even collect from there quoting "he must have been too busy". When you contact them on the phone, 9/10 you get someone who is to be honest, incomprehensable. Their English is amazingly bad. They give false promises that someone will call / email back within 1 hour. They never do. It just sounds like no-one at UPS cares. Bad service, bad delivery, customer support. It should be investigated.
Paid extra money for a guaranteed delivery on friday, 6am its out for delivery, 6pm comes no delivery, called customer service they confirm its end of day guaranteed which is 7pm, its now monday and its still saying out for delivery since Friday, the item is useless now as I've gone on my holiday, I'll now have to return it and pay the shipping back to Italy from ireland, useless company,
No wonder UPS pretax profits went fell by 73% between 2024 & 2022, they can’t even find their own UPS locations listed on their website 🤦🏼♂️all other curriers have no problems finding parcel locker location, UPS however struggling to find their own delivery box!!! (i.e parcel locker)I’ve nothing more to sayps i had a reference link bellow to back my above statement, however links are not allowed in reviews. If interested, type in Fedex and rival ups Ireland.
I do not know how they're still in business. They must be throwing packages away or they've a mountain of undelivered goods somewhere. They either "cannot complete" delivery or someone called "Dave" signs for it. Dave seems to be making out like a banditAbsolutely HORRIFIC company. I've no idea what they do cause they don't deliver
Absolutely shocking service with numerous oh we are so sorry this has happened but then same again. 10 calls and so much time wasted and cant do simple tasks Sort out a shipping label and go through the whole process to be told you need an account, say that at the start, then website does not work technical issues. Then go find a photocopier and printer at 4.30 pm and we will collect at 9 am. Not happening. moved the collection to monday, driver calls to collect today. Joke of a service
