This is a rubbish company. My item was in Dublin a few hours after leaving Germany then it went to Santry. There was a "mechanical breakdown" and the parcel was static for 24 hours. I rang the laughable "customer service", it seems to be based in India, and a lady read me her little script 3 times. It's now Friday machinery obviously won't be fixed and I won't get my item until at least Monday. I know we are used to poor service in Ireland but this is pathetic especially as it isn't a free service. I would never have picked these it was the seller.Slight update in order to make a claim against ups you need to register with them and hand over your data.
UPS informed me by email that my parcel has been delivered. In reality, it hadn't, so I tried to report the matter. They had an online form to report the issue but it did not work. Finally I called them and found out that they work with a subcontractor in my town, and that operator had left the parcel with a post office (not even my usual one) without bothering to inform me.
Please DO NOT USE UPS!!! Delivery service is just simply unacceptable! I had lost items, had to wait for refund for months...Also had damaged items, where I was told the process takes weeks so I gave up on that...Now my item was delivered to some random address and received an item not belonging to me! Rang UPS (30 mins waiting) and was told driver will be back within an hour, that was 3 days ago!!!
Pure disaster. They just show up at the door without notice. I was tracking my parcel online so find out about first delivery attempt. Call the customer service and asked them to deliver on specified day. Nope that was to hard for them. On that day they changed delivery day without calling me. Wasted day on my side waiting for the courier. And now my parcel is on the way back to the sender. And girl in customer service apologised and said that I run out of options.
Worst courier company EVER!! I cannot understand why reputable business’ use this company or even how they are allowed to continue operating. They refuse to deliver to rural areas and 100% of the time use the incomplete address excuse to buy more time .. I paid for express 1/2 day delivery and a week later my package is in a warehouse in Dublin somewhere .. DO NOT BUY FROM A COMPANY WHO USE THEM
Zero stars if I could.UPS is by far the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with: disorganized, careless, and utterly disrespectful to their customers. They lost one of my packages and replaced it with a random one, as if what we ship were worthless garbage.This isn’t just incompetence — it’s pure negligence. No control, no professionalism, no shame. A company like this should be immediately investigated and kept far away from anyone who needs even the slightest bit of reliability.UPS is worth less than nothing: an insult to the very idea of logistics.
I have NEVER had a successful ups delivery. Not once has it gone to plan. Once it was delivered to the wrong house about a mile away- luckily that person was honest and called at a number of houses until they found me. Another time they did not even attempt to deliver - I was literally in the house- they just dropped it off at a random pickup point. They lied about attempting to deliver and leaving a card. They also most recently claimed that I was not one of the listed people in the building directory... What does that mean? What building directory? It is a detached house in the countryside? It's not an apartment block, just me and my family there. It's my house, I own it.They just lie and don't bother trying to deliver. I will avoid any company that uses ups.
Google use UPS for shipping as part of their RMA process for phone repair to their factory in Poland. Phone was dropped off at kiosk in Celbridge, Ireland for collection. It's been 8 days and still not picked up. Impossible to get anywhere with call centre guys as they promise it will be picked up in 24 hours, and each day its still not picked up. I've spent hours on the phone with them trying to find out why. There seems to be no co-ordinated effort to resolve this. Not sure where to go with this next, it's an expensive phone and I don't want to loose it.
