Completely unreliable.

Completely unreliable. They delivered one of my packages to the incorrect address even though an eircode was specifically provided. They also claimed to attempt to deliver a separate order but no attempt was made.It has now made me avoid using any company that uses UPS as a courier.

Avoid if you can!

I received a notification yesterday that the parcel I was waiting for was delivered, but it was delivered to the wrong address. The proof of delivery showed a completely different building.I reached out to the customer service, and they let me know that they would escalate this to find a solution. I called today again to follow up on my request, and it turns out they closed the request because "they tried to reach out to me, but they couldn't". When confronted about this, the agent just said that the parcel was not an urgent one. As if that would be reason enough to lie and just close the ticket without even looking into this.I have never had so many issues with parcel deliveries as with UPS. By extension, I'll avoid any shop that uses them as a delivery company.Update: I received a call out of nowhere today from the UPS driver that, I guess, delivered my parcel to the wrong address. He wanted me to sign a form that confirmed that I received my parcel. I told him right away that I only ended up getting my parcel because the person who wrongly received it reached out to me, not because of UPS. His response: "But you received your parcel". I also just want to mention that I opened a claim, and it seems that this form was a way to avoid any responsibility on their end. The audacity!I can't understand how a company of such a global reach can be this sneaky and unprofessional.

I was hit by the UPS auto delay tactic…

I was hit by the UPS auto delay tactic on my last delivery. Q: When looking at tracking on the UPS website, how do you know when it has made it to the Ireland leg of the delivery? A: You will find a nonsensical entry for delay due to a randomly selected reasons (i.e.: Weather, Mechanical Failure, Flight Delay, etc.)

"Attempted delivery"

"Attempted delivery" - yeah, neither my phone, ring camera, or build intercom have any record of that. They lie, consistently, about delivery attempts but make you wait around all day with false promises - waste of customer time. Want to just have them leave it at an access point? Nope - sorry, their website doesn't recognise anywhere in Ireland.

It is time to change service provider

It is time to change service provider. I have given many opportunities to UPS, however, not even once they respected delivery times and I have always ended up disappointed, with delays, with lost packages, with inconveniences.I don't recommend it at all!

Completely useless service

Completely useless service, how do businesses rely on UPS to deliver in Ireland/Cork when they cannot deliver on their commitments. Paid for next day express for an essential work delivery, package left the Netherlands @5pm Thursday, travelled via Germany, Dublin & Shannon and was "out for delivery" by 9.24am Friday morning in Cork. No updates since, no delivery, now Monday and help line cannot give any other info other than you'll get an update today(not an actual delivery!)! How they can drop the ball for the final 20kms from the depot, after efficiency of their colleagues is shameful.

Completely unreliable

Booked UPS for international delivery service. Package was to be picked up following day with a 2 day delivery turnaround. The package was picked up by the UPA courier 4 days later (not following day). 2 day turnaround became 3 days so a whole week later and I'm still waiting on the package to be delivered! Absolute disgrace. I will never use UPS again

Absolute shambles

Absolute shambles. I rearranged a delivery which was originally supposed to be delivered yesterday to today. Got home from work yesterday evening to find a sorry we missed you note in my door. I went into their website today to see if it was out for redelivery and was told there was an insufficient address.... I rang their customer care and may as well have spoken to myself. I kept being told that they would not be able to deliver due to an insufficient address - no one could explain why the address was ok yesterday for a missed delivery but not ok today to deliver. Despite speaking to a supervisor I got no where. Apparently they cannot change the address, it has to go back to the sender and they can resend it again. This is a medical device that I need and cannot wait another week for. Absolute nightmare

“Attempted delivery” when four people…

“Attempted delivery” when four people were home wasn’t completed. Now in a loop with no communication at all and customer care telling me it will be delivered today. No sign. No ability to change delivery to an Access Point app doesn’t recognise the local Access Point address. Absolutely useless.
