DO NOT BUY A MERCEDES.....I have a C220 which is 12 months old on a 21 plate and has covered 10,000 miles. A warning light came on while I was in Italy on holiday and I took it straight to the local MB dealer where it was checked immediately. Excellent service in Italy. A fault was found and a replacement part is requiredBut, the part is not available. Anywhere in the world apparently. And is likely not to be available for several weeks.I rang the UK dealer where I bought it and was referred to the MB Breakdown Service. This was the start of a week long nightmare experience which ruined our holiday and continues to ruin my life.I couldn't get through, was cut off after waiting 20 minutes, couldn't speak to the same person, didn't receive calls back, received the most ridiculous, contradictory advice and was given no assistance whatsoever. Emails went unanswered and I ended up sorting out alternative transport to get home myself.The car is in the process of being brought back to the UK but MBUK "Customer Service" will not speak to me while it is a "breakdown". If ever a department was incorrectly named, this is it.......I am being passed round in circles, being told things which are not true and left completely in the dark as to what is happening or likely to happen.I have a loan car but was told it was for 3 days only. I was then told it would be extended by 5 days and that the local MB dealer would then provide me with another car........but the local dealer knows nothing of this.I was told to submit details of costs incurred to the local dealer.......but the local dealer tells me that is incorrect and nothing to do with it.The whole experience has been unbelievably frustrating and stressful.At a time when I most needed help and support from Mercedes, I received the exact opposite. In fact, it seems that Mercedes is intent on making it more difficult.I bought what I thought is a premium brand car.It is not. Mercedes has treated me like dirt and I will never, ever, buy another Mercedes.Potential Mercedes buyers need to take note.
I bought an A Class in March 2022 from Phillip. I don’t live locally so made the purchase over the phone. Phillip was accommodating and went out of his way to select an excellent registration plate for me, it was a really nice touch. Process was simple, straightforward from order to collection. I’m really pleased with my car. Thank you Phillip for looking after me.
These are the WORST INCOMPETENT & USELESS company we have come across. I'll cut it short as it's too long to type as I have fat finger syndrome 🙃 Firstly took our MB in for repair, collected the car after 5 days only to find the fault was still there & charged us over 1.5k. We complained and was asked to bring the car back for a further resolve which wasn't completed & found another fault informing us it would cost 2k+. We later found out they charged us for ABSOLUTELY nothing. We complained again and demanded a partial refund as we believed the work was completely unnecessaey. We took the car to A REPUTABLE DEALER who diagnosed the MB in 3 hours and charged us £325 unlike MB who told us it would cost over 2k+ to repair the car. These ppl should be imprisoned for ripping off the public like this & getting away with it. Shame on all of them & I pray they go into LIQUIDATION Soon. WE WILL NEVER TAKE OUR CAR BACK TO MERCEDES DEALERS EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!
Absolutely terrible service at Mercedes Benz Whitefield, tried to book my car in after a loud banging noise from front of car and the engine management light coming on only to it cancelled twice. I arrived at 8.30 for a sit and wait appointment I was still sat there at 5pm despite telling reception multiple times I was still waiting. Never been treating so badly by a company. Will not be going back to them.

Do not buy a MB car, MB Germany and UK do not understand customer service in any way. Stay away from MB cars. They just look good. Buy a reputable brand.My AMG E53 bought brand new had so many faults, been rejected and MB messing me and my life around.They seem to enjoy drinking cups of coffee and enjoying monthly salary and do nothing, Company will fall over soon.Many thanksAMG unhappy customer.Great work MB
Recently had B service at Bishops Stortford £519 E220d estate 12k miles!(20 plate)I understand that if you buy an expensive car then you should be prepared to pay a premium price to have it serviced however when you’re sent a video of mechanic visually inspecting the underside of the car for 30seconds and not showing any of the work supposedly carried out it makes you wonder if anything has actually been done for your £500! I think people would be more inclined to have their precious cars serviced at main dealerships if they were more transparent with their so called valued Customers basically I feel ripped off!!AC
