Sold car they keep sending me emails mercedes me. I have tried everything to delete the account chat is not working cannot start one and after a time they inform you chat has finished. cannot delete account as you get page error, you send e mails they tell you to go to account and delete .a roundabout of dead ends and bad site Mercedes delete my account and repair your site its not working
One star I'd give zero if I could - the worst customer service I'd never ever buy a Mercedes again after complaining they offered me a courtesy car which comes with a recall anyway - they made me wait 6 hours and the car still wasn't fixed so now I have to go back again wasted day completely and no compensation - Mercedes customer service called me in Holland and we're useless didn't care that I was going to write a bad review
Dealership - Mercedes Benz Oxford InchcapeCar - 2017 C220 AMG, 40,000 miles.In late December my engine warning light came on. In early January I went to the excellent (I thought) dealer, with whom I have bought and serviced all my MB cars for 15 years, and asked for a quick diagnosis to see if I could keep driving it. A new know nothing service reception person said that it would cost £174 to do that, so I left saying "Too much". I got another competent garage to do the diagnosis for £50. Faulty Nox detector like thousands of other MB cars. I booked the car in with the dealer for replacement part. Told that they would not do it under warranty as I had had someone else do diagnostics so no choice but to get dealership to do diagnostics again. Faulty Nox detector (could have told you so). £50 wasted so far. Guess what, they didn't have the part in stock and promised to call me as soon as it came in, within ten days. A month later nothing. I have called four times. The service person, Andy, keeps promising to look into it and call me back. Never has. Useless. It used to be a good if pricey dealership staffed by people who knew the cars and cared and communicated with customers. It is now just a ripoff priced "stuff the customer" operation staffed by grasping empty headed know nothings. Do Mercedes Benz not realise that people who can afford their full prices expect good service as standard? Last week I emailed Mercedes Benz UK asking what they needed from me to register a formal complaint. Have they got back to me? What do you think? My next car will be a Tesla S. Mercedes have finally forfeited my loyalty, brilliant cars, appalling service.
Beautiful vehicles, non-existent after sales. My vehicle was with them for 9 months awaiting parts. Previously it has been with them 3 times, and parts have never been available within 4 months.It's well known that Mercedes Benz are well behind the curve for after sales and my experience has been no different. The team are not dissimilar to a team of used car salesman once they've got your money. After having my vehicle for 9 months I was offered £300 of Mercedes Benz vouchers, which I declined.I would advise anyone looking at buying a Mercedes to steer well clear. Buy a BMW or an Audi. I will never buy a car from them again.
Shocking service from Mercedes Cheshire Oaks' management on general customer service. Purchased my car from them 12 months ago. I was in an accident and TP insurers paid the bill for repairs. Took Mercedes 3 tries to diagnose the problem (back and forth messing around with limp mode and hire cars). In the middle of that, they managed to lose my car key!! They asked me to drop off my spare. Whilst they did replace the spare key, their general attitude to my complaint was just 'sorry' but the impression I get from management is they really couldn't care less about the messing around and the general inconvenience it has caused to me and my young family over Christmas. Not what I expected from such a company that prides itself on being the best. Disappointed.
Shoddy service, shoddy customer service. I've had a number of ongoing issue with Coventry Merc, the most recent meaning I was without my car for over 3 months. While my car was in their garage being fixed a 'new problem' occurred, which they supposedly fixed, they are now refusing to pay for this issue which is still not fixed. In their words 'there is nothing more we can do'. I feel cheated, let down and totally scammed by this company. They have been trying to 'fix' my car on and off for what is over a year now. It has come to the point that I will be referring my complaint to the UK head office and am also going to the papers/media with my story. It's gone beyond the monetry value of the issue now and more the principle of the lack of service and shoddy workmanship this supposid prestigious car company offers. I would never recommend this garage to anyone! They don't car about the quality of their work and they definitely don't car about their customer service!
my current issues with Croydon Mercedes and My A Class LG65 KYX. I purchased the car on finance in February 2019. Within approximately 3 months of having the vehicle i had a major fault, the fly wheel and clutch. After numerous complaints and issues it was fixed under warranty and ‘good will gesture’. I was offered rejection of the vehicle however declined this assuming I will not have another major fault with the vehicle. For the last few weeks I have been driving the vehicle and it has been entering a limp mode. I have taken it to Mercedes Croydon to get this looked at also to have three new alloys which is covered by my alloy insurance. It has then come to light that the Inlet manifold is blocked and Exhaust flap actuator is faulty and requires replacement.This bill came to approximately £3,500 which is totally unacceptable. It was then brought down to £2,500 approximately. Now I have purchased this car and paid a lot of money towards it. It is 6 years old from a main dealership. I therefore do not expect 2 major faults of the car in two and a half years. Also an alloy is damaged and I have now been told they can not fit the three alloys just two. I do not have time to now take the car back to Croydon yet again. I have declined the car to be fixed and Mercedes Croydon need their loan car back and they are allowing me to drive in a dangerous faulty car. MB solutions teams have offered to pay £3,500 outstanding to close my finance and send the car to auction. Which is an easy way out for them however they are leaving me with no car. I have approximately paid £8,500 in finance and £3,000 deposit (approximately). This is disgraceful to take my money, sell me a faulty car and no one has taken owner ship for this and leave me with nothing. I understand I previously declined rejection of the vehicle but this is any normal person assuming a new Mercedes would not have such major faults. I have also been to several mechanics one being a Mercedes approved and they have agreed a car this age from Mercedes should never have this problem. The vehicle is being collected tomorrow from Croydon. This is now on Mercedes Croydon to have me driving a dangerous car due to the faulty issue and they refuse to extend my time in a loan car to enable myself to source a new vehicle. I wish this matter to be looked into and not brush off like the solutions team are sending to auctions, like Mercedes Croydon are happy for me to drive a dangerous car and also sell my a faulty one. I expect this to be fully reviewed and wish for some ownership from Mercedes and to review how much finance I have put in this car and also to review if it’s fair to allow me to walk away with a faulty car then send it to auction as an easy option and for me to have no car and two and a half years of me paying to end up with no car. Oh and i left my car spotless on the outside and collected it covered in dust and bird poo. Thanks croydon Mercedes
Brought 2 cars from Mark Tordoff at the Wolverhampton Mercedes branch. Excellent customer service 4 years between buying the cars and Mark is still very happy to help and keeps in touch for months after buying the car to check in.. Recommend buying a car from Mark he has helped me a lot as I don’t know much about cars he helped me find the perfect match for me:) 5 stars for customer service -Mark Tordoff- excellent customer focus/service
If I could give mercedes customer serve minus 100 in ratings I would.They take your money but they won't take your calls..For three days I've been trying to get through to the Temple fortune branch in London.They don't even respond to call back requests..I'm going to sell my Mercedes and buy BMW.The Customer service by the teenage staff at Sports direct are better than this Mercedes lot.What happened? How have they become so so incredibly Bad??
Mercedes-Benz uk. I have to write this comment on Trust Pilot as Mercedes-Benz UK customer services. I won't go into all the issues I have, as there will not be enough space to write all of my disappointments. All I have to say is they are rude, and disrespectful to a customer who purchases a luxury brand as Mercedes-Benz. Yesterday my wife and I was pushed to piller and post from 8.30am till I managed to talk to the complaints department, who where very good in the Way they handled the call. (I have to wait and see the outcome). Disappointment and discussed for there customer service department. . I will leave everyone to ponder on this review. Very unhappy customer.
