Bought a Used Mercedes A Class from Mercedes Caterham 13 months ago. It has been off the road for 2 months out of the 13. It is currently off the road with major mechanical issues and have had little to no response from them to resolve the issue. Don't bother buying a used Mercedes from a Mercedes dealer as the customer service is appalling. The adverts say "Used but not what your used to". I would say. I am used to a used car being on the road to actually drive and when something goes wrong I am used to someone dealing with the issue. Awful cars from awful dealers.
