Brantford = bad experience

Hi there,Unfortunately i have to come back with another bad review this time about Mercedes Benz Van in Brentford.We book our Sprinter for service and they told us on the healthy check that is an issue with steering wheel where high pressure pipe is leaking. When my driver took the van from service he was driving for few miles and suddenly the wheel was block on traffic at about 50miles/hour on A40 near Hanger Lane.God know how he managed to keep the van straight and avoid a big collision with other drivers.I told him to stop driving and i called the Mercedes-Benz Road assistance. They arrive and sorted,on his report he mentioned that the pressure pipe was loose.Furthermore i tried to contact Mercedes Benz Brantford all day but no luck. I sent emails..no luck...they transfer me to Manchester HQ spoke with Ana...nothing sorted.The person who supposed to look after the car is Ryan Conner. I sent him email,i called but same thing... NO LUCK WITH MERCEDES CUSTOMER SERVICE.Next step is to pop in the branch.Thank you for another bad experience!

Terrible service!

Terrible service!! called the dartford branch to get some assistance and she immediately put me through to finance deparment (who are always ridiculously busy, was on hold for 20 mins) only to find out the branch staff could've the information!! Absolutely disgusting service and terrible staff!

Be warned -- Avoid Mercedes Benz in Brentford at all costs. This Garage is terrible in dealing with after sales problems. Once they have received the money, that's where the commitment and niceness ends. They do not return phone calls, and when you raise the issues they pass you around like a football - No responsibility and no care. If you have to buy a car - make sure you also have it checked out by different mechanic, as they do not record information properly and when you raise complaints, they say that you never did. Horrible and should be avoided at all costs.

Mercedes Benz Complaints LineI raised a complaint with Mercedes, my initial problem was not with Mercedes, in fact it was a third party lease company. I was seeking evidence from Mercedes to help support with my complaint. Initially I raised a complaint and felt that my first phone call was treated sincerely and I really felt that Mercedes were ready to help. The lady was courteous and could not apologise enough and assured me that this would be dealt with. Since then, I have had to continually chase Mercedes with nobody at any point contacting me back. Each time I call I get through to a different person who tells me different and conflicting information. I feel that this is very poor for a premium brand such as Mercedes. Nobody is clear or has an idea what is going off. Each time I am assured that somebody will contact me back but they never do. My issue is still unresolved. Very poor and very off putting.

Mercedes When it comes to choosing a car, for me personally , I want the best of everything if I am honest, without beating about the bush, Mercedes Benz of York are right up there in the attention to detail in more ways than one.The car I wanted was found for me by my sales consultant Thomas Thompson, a young dynamic professional who knew exactly how to go that extra mile. in fact the whole team at Mercedes have been amazing from the very kind reception staff to the individual sales staff , all who have been fantastic.Everything I needed was found for me, any questions I had , even if I did not understand the modern technical car jargon, it was all sorted.Not once did I feel pushed in to anything but just genuinely kind efficient staff happy to help. Attention to detail and efficiency is very important to me in my own line of work, so it was lovely to find a company who understood what the customer wants without being pushy. Communication is the key and I have to say Mercedes are a class above the rest.I absolutely love my new car which is a white C Class Cabriolet with a premium package all the trimmings, along with a unique colour interior and roof which stands alone from any other car. I feel like a million dollars just sitting in it, driving my car is an experience in itself, smooth high class and extremely comfortable. I have to honestly say I am mega impressed with the car , the company and the staff, especially Thomas Thompson.Thank you very much for a first class service, I would definitely recommend Mercedes to others. My 1st Mercedes

I bought e220 from Chichester Marshall. Unbelievably poor service. After sale I found a lot of problems but the sales manager is saying the manager will be contracted to me soon more than 1 week now. Poor the shouldn’t be a part of Mercedes-Benz.On the video they said no paint issues but I found lots of dents, scratches, chipping, crack.I trust them but they let me down. All my money is now wasted.

Don’t trust them after the warranty ends

i went to get a mot on my car at solihull gave it in for 10am the lady said pick it up at 4pm? i thought ok it does not take that long for an MOT but left it then when my father went to pick the car at 4pm they made him wait another hour saying its not done as they haven't started any work yet. After the hour wait they said they will have to change the discs and both front and rear break pads costing over £600 and the car will be ready the next day so a whole day wasted with them not even starting any work till 4pm. I told them we do not want the work done by them and to just issue the failed MOT certificate detailing what needs to be done. Now on the failed MOT certificated they did not put anything about disc damage or back break pads need changing. They only put that the front break pads need changing. So basically they were trying to Rip me off and pay out over £600 on these things which were fine? i found it all dodgy from start because this time as the car was no longer under warranty they did not even do a video to show all these faults as they always did when it was under warranty.i will never go back to Mercedes for an Mot they blatantly got caught out as they can't lie on the MOT because they knew when i take it to another garage they will tell me that back pads and discs are ok. because of them this wasted 3 whole days for me. Disgraceful service. even if you charged £50- £100 extra on what actually needs changing i probabaly would have paid it. anyway i got it done from another garage with original parts for total £65 front break pads.
