The customer service is incredibly disappointing. After just two phone calls, it seems like they block your number, making it impossible to reach them again. When emailing with questions, the response is frustratingly generic: "To assist you further and escalate your concerns regarding payment issues and updating your delivery address, we kindly request the following information for each applicant:
Full name of the applicant
Visa type
Visa Application Centre where the application was submitted
Passport number
Reference number
Contact Number
Date of Submission." All we want is to update the shipping address! Additionally, when you do manage to call, you often get someone who just started and can't answer basic questions, putting you on hold repeatedly. This whole experience feels very unprofessional and scam-like. Why can't we start a company that values work ethic and customer care?
I honestly anticipated more assistance regarding my children's visa application process. My son has lost his passport at the airport and urgently applied for a new one, attending his visa appointment with it. As many know, securing a visa appointment can be quite challenging for citizens from certain countries. They should have accepted the new passport, as he is the same individual with the same identity. All other information was accurate, except for the passport number. It seems they may have prioritized additional fees and time instead of considering the circumstances.
My overall experience was excellent, and I was truly impressed by the services. We faced an issue with some missing documents during the application submission, but the service team was very helpful in assisting us to complete everything smoothly.
