I arrived at the center on time, and the receiving process was well-organized. The staff was very helpful throughout. They provided excellent guidance on my documentation, showcasing a high level of professionalism. The seating inside was comfortable, making the wait time manageable. However, be aware that if you need photocopies, the cost can be quite high—sometimes exceeding ₹100 per page depending on the service. It's better to bring all your copies prepared in advance. An important tip: avoid carrying too much luggage. Only a small plastic bag with your application papers is allowed inside, as larger bags and electronics (except silent phones) are prohibited, requiring you to use external lockers. Additionally, it's worth mentioning if the staff adhered to your appointment time. Good service is not just about friendliness; it's also about valuing the applicant's time.

Disappointing Experience

Where to begin? Firstly, the agent assigned to my case arrived about 20 minutes late for our first meeting of the day. Their demeanor was almost rude and unwelcoming. (I understand this is routine for them, but it was my first time.) The service failed to provide the correct document checklist specific to my visa type. Instead, I received a checklist for a short-term visa along with my appointment confirmation. After searching the website, I found two other checklists, neither of which corresponded to what the agent had. I was missing a document (which was my oversight due to a late submission) and was told I had 30 days to submit it to the service. Fortunately, it arrived in time. However, I received no notification confirming that my document had been received or that my application was being sent to the embassy. The only email I got was a request for feedback (which I'm providing now). I can only assume that my application has been submitted since I was prompted for a review. 🫤 There is no tracking portal on the service's website to monitor the progress of my application. This is quite unacceptable in 2026. Overall, it was a rather unpleasant experience.

Lack of Customer Service and Transparency

This service has no customer service contact options — no email, no phone number, and no way to reach a real person. Once they take your money, you are completely left to fend for yourself. What is particularly concerning is that they sent my passport via a shipping service without providing any tracking number. A passport is a highly sensitive and irreplaceable document, and sending it without tracking or notification is utterly irresponsible and unacceptable. There is a complete lack of transparency and accountability. If something goes wrong, there is no means to contact them or obtain answers. This level of negligence puts customers in serious jeopardy. Based on my experience, this service feels unsafe and untrustworthy. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this provider and not risk their personal documents or funds.

Be cautious, the 0871 telephone number incurs premium rates, leading to £80 in call fees without any prior warning about the costs. Additionally, scheduling in advance is not possible; the only available appointment is for the next day, with no option to reserve a future date. This service feels like a poorly tailored solution for everyone, and if authorities were aware of its shortcomings, they would reconsider the contract.

Lack of Clarity and Unjust Charges

The service was unnecessary and lacked proper information. An SMS service was included (300), yet the representative failed to mention the application fee (450) that was added to the total payment. When I inquired about it, I was told it was an application fee. I am requesting a refund for both charges and have already raised this issue with the relevant team.

The speed of the processes and the understanding of the staff are excellent. However, I encountered an issue with the application center's location changing, as there was no notification in the application letter, via email, or through any other means.

Extremely disappointing service provider.

This service provider is incredibly frustrating. I can't understand why it is utilized by consulates and embassies. The documentation is poorly organized and seems childlike. They are virtually unreachable and impose charges for phone support. I ended up paying for more minutes than I actually spoke with them. Their representatives repeat the same information multiple times, seemingly to extend the call and increase costs. Such unethical practices to exploit customers.
