Maybe you will have better luck.

I was so excited about the garage wine cooler. It was very attractive! The bottom part of the cooler did not work. The service team worked for 3 weeks and could not find anyone to service it. I did do a replacement but due to the poor packaging the replacement was damaged. I gave up and returned the product. Maybe you will have better luck.

My previous Vinotemp lasted 10 years

My previous Vinotemp lasted right at 10 years, and when I needed a replacement the new one arrived promptly and well packaged and has been working fine right out of the box.

No fully extending shelves

I thought that I read that the shelves would fully extend, they do not. Therefore you cannot see what you have in the back of each shelf.The next wine refrigerator I buy will have fully extending shelves.thanks

I am a long-time customer

I am a long-time customer, and needed an upgrade/replacement for the cooling unit in a wine cabinet. Ordering was easy with Rich Castro. It arrived quickly but was damaged in transit. Quickly resolved by Jared Beck who sent a replacement and arranged the easy return of the damaged unit (picked up at my house by FedEx).Kudos to Rich and Jared !!

Could not believe that my cooler had…

Could not believe that my cooler had issues less than a year in. We suffered for a bit bit Vinotemp rep was great with ordering parts. Due to COVID they could not get a technician to come out soon. Understand that. Even though we suffered for 2 weeks with no cooler the customer service was great and tech was able to solve issues

So happy with my Vinotemp and…

So happy with my Vinotemp and especially the service provided. I contacted Vinotemp Rep Richard Moreno because my wine cooler was no longer staying cold. He asked me a few questions and recommended a $65 part that would fix the problem. As he suggested, the part was easy to install and my wine cooler is running great again! Thank you so much for your help! I couldn't be happier with your company and with Richard for his excellent customer service ! :)

cooler work for only two days

cooler work for only two days, the problem lied on how to get it repaired. They want to you ship it back to them for repair, it is a bulky 40 pound item. Felt very expensive to have to do this every time it may need a repair.
