I had really high hopes for this services as I was starting to get into records. although they asked me for my preferences they sent me bunch of albums form artist I have never heard of and couldnt even find on Apple Music. I was pretty mad. I now have 9 record and I only like one of them. They make it appear that you are buying a one time 99$ subscription but I was just charged for another 99$. im going to call but I have no hope that im going to get my money back. please its not worth it
Absolutely horrible! I tried this subscription under the impression that they would send me LPs of artists that I actually like (as they advertise), but instead I received three from artists I have never heard of.I tried to cancel my subscription and was calling them every single day, no answer. I emailed them and dmed them on both Instagram and Twitter, no answer. Eventually, today, I got an email saying that they cancelled my subscription. But now that I am reading these reviews I am horrified and afraid they will continue to charge me.
Got a gift card to the service for Christmas, figured I'd try it out. Next thing I know, they're asking for my credit card number and nowhere on the site would it tell me what they were going to bill me for. After that, it's just absolutely terrible customer service. You can't actually reach anyone, they just send you directly to an answering machine. They'll spam you ads via text without ever asking you to opt in and no way to opt out. Privacy policy explicitly states that they're going to sell your info to 'trusted partners' and might send you 3rd party solicitations. This is after trying to connect to your spotify, discogs and even twitter account. Honestly, what does your twitter profile have to do with any thing they might use to 'curate' music.And then there's the music: $10 bargain bin albums that seem to be more overflow distribution than anything else. Do all of your friends a solid and steer them away from this service.
I purchased 1 month subscription in Feb 2020. They sent a vinyl of an artist I do not like. The vinyl did not work. I immediately canceled my account. I have a confirmation email from them that it was canceled on Feb 25, 2020. Now they have charged me 11 more months and have not sent anything. This is criminal. Horrible business. Needs to be shut down. Refunds need to happen ASAP. Who is operating this business??fUpdate: their support team refunded all fraudulent charges. So that’s better than pure fraud. Still 1 star. They have to revise this practice of charging canceled accounts.
They will take your money for months without sending you anything or contacting . The site is not user friendly at all . I was supposed to receive credit for the payments the past few months but I haven’t received any word on it. I had no way of checking to see if the credit applied so I went through check out process and there was no payment method page. One click and I had ordered a vinyl , out of my bank account. Good luck on the refund because they rarely reply and never at a timely manner. Terrible. I was really excited for this service as the idea seemed really cool and unique, but wow did somebody mess this up.
If I could give zero stars I would... first they’ve been billing me without my permission for months and not sending anything. Now I’m trying to get my money back and my subscription cancelled and they blocked me from contacting them after! Do not support this, they are scammers
