If there was a zero I would give zero.I was gifted a €100 voucher for my birthday.The flight I wanted to book was €143 so I paid the difference.I was then told the flight was cancelled and I could only have 43€ back only as a voucher .When I called them to ask for the full €143they said they couldn’t because the airline hadn’t given a refund. So I called the airline and they said I was entitled to a refund but volagratis have to request it.Vola gratis has ignored my emails to try to fix this and have not refunded any of my money. They are owned by last-minute.comSo do not book with any of these companies they are crooks

Horrible

Horrible, terrible!Lufhtansa cancelled the whole flight (dec2020) and volagratis denied to refund the money. I contacted Lufthsanda and they clarified that the refund to volagratis 1 has been done one month later on the flight. Volagratis never replied my emails and I called them twice. One time they admmited the mistake but didn't refund anything and the other time, the operator replied that "it has already passed a long time for the flight, forget it!"

scammers - incompetent - horrible - never again

Because I didn't have a good feeling, I went on the website of the airline company to check our flight. Surprise, the flight was there but departing from another airport of the city. From Volagratis not even a word about the change. They stopped answering my emails. Unexisting link for check-in. And this is all happening less then 24 hours before the flight. Fortunately, I reacted immediately and called directly the airline company which helped me out. After 2 hours I recieve a email from Volagratis saying that my flight is canceled. That's it. They informed me and can't do anything about it. Never saw so incompetent people who don't give a damn.

Thieves. There is no way you can get money back from them and also the voucher got back has less money and has errors on it that make it so difficult to use. I wasted a lot of time and money with them.

Very bad service

Very bad service. Booked a flight over a year ago. They cancelled the flight and said I would receive a voucher. We are still waiting for said voucher. Never ever again will I book through volagratis.
