After over 4 years with this organization, I have no regrets about joining. The training is top-notch, and my manager is incredibly supportive, encouraging staff to excel. I have been with this organization for 2.5 years, starting my career in the care industry here. The staff and management have been immensely supportive since my first day. I've progressed from support worker to senior support worker due to their guidance. It saddens me to see negative reviews aimed at a company that genuinely strives to provide the best for those we support. These critiques seem to come from disgruntled former employees who didn’t genuinely care. This is a wonderful place to work for compassionate and dedicated individuals.
My experience with this organization was far from positive. I lasted only a month, finding it poorly organized and the staff overly cliquish. Basic protocols were frequently ignored, and favoritism was evident. After a particularly challenging day with an unprofessional colleague, I realized I couldn't endure the toxic environment any longer.
My time with this service was overwhelmingly negative and took a toll on my mental health. Initially, things seemed okay, but the atmosphere soon became hostile. I experienced intimidation and unprofessional behavior from the senior manager. Her unpredictable attitude made the workplace unbearable, and raising concerns often led to further hostility. Many colleagues felt uncomfortable or bullied, leading some to leave. It was disheartening to see that the needs of those we support were often deprioritized. This was my first job in the care sector, and it has soured my perception of the industry. I left feeling unwell and exhausted. I encourage anyone experiencing similar issues to report them, as no one should work in an unsafe environment.
I have worked for Voyage Care for 10 years and have loved every moment of my journey from deputy manager to operations manager. I have supportive managers and peers and all the support from our cross functional teams in our head office.The people we support are amazing and it is a real privilege to watch them grow and thrive in our wonderful homes.
I've worked for this company for the last 3 years and the training and support is fantastic. Management are only a message or phone call away to help. As for the PWS i have witnessed first hand the great support they recieve and the joy they have meeting up with the friends. Im sure most of these negative reviews are former employees who are exactly that for a reason. I dont normally leave reviews but I'm shocked at what lies people can write

Teams work hard to meet the needs of the people they support, and I have seen real, meaningful and lasting improvements in the quality of life for the people they support. From my own experience I have been impressed by the professionalism, the warmth and generosity of the staff members, the camaraderie, and a genuine commitment by staff to doing what is right for each person.I have no hesitation in highly recommending Voyage Care to anyone looking for high quality, person-centred support.
