Review Time
I do not recommend. I downloaded the application and paid for a 2-week trial. After this period, money was taken from my account without my permission without my knowledge. A substance was launched without my permission. I contacted the service immediately but was informed that they would delete my profile but would not give me my money back. The application is useless to me, it is certainly not what I was looking for.
This app like many signs you up - and the T's and C's are so disguised and after you take a chance on the app being what you want that you are already committed... then 12 months later... you get a repeat charge on your credit card for something you have not used in over a year... since the first time you gave it a go. This just leads to NEVER trusting buying what might be quality solutions on line. VERY disappointing. For less than $50 bucks a simple refund would leave a positive client experience rather than a money grab.
Don't get reeled in. They do the hard sell to get your money. They very cleverly don't actually make it clear what you get for your money. Remember if it sounds too good to be true. It usually is. They don't offer refunds even if within seconds you realise that it's not for you.
very misleading I signed up for a trial for 7 days and saw that this was not for me, it is a lousy and stupid app and and cancelled. Then i found out that I was still subscribed and need to email them to cancel the subscription. Very dissapointing and worth to file a case for misleading.
Don’t use, feels like a scam. There is no easy way to cancel subscriptions like in other apps and you need to contact them to do so…very misleading policy, they make you feel that you do one time payment whereas they keep charging you… the app feels like total basic and almost AI generated pseudo-meditations, with minimal prompt as most of it is showing timer counting time down… I can’t see any way reviews could be positive, must have been paid for…
Scam do not use I signed up for trial like many others and they then take further payment saying I had subscribed. I had not. They are clearly putting reviews on themselves to try and counter the negative reviews they are getting. Easy way to take another £25 they are not due and refuse to refund. Disgusting
Do not use! I had a trial cancelled said couldn’t find email address and account. Then took a full payment and said no refund even after proving case numbers and cancellation emails to same person emailing me ! Don’t use.06.05.2025 in response to the walking yoga response. I did ask for help and email you many times and no joy!!!!
If I could give this company's service a lower score than a one-star, I would,First of all, I signed up for a week from an Instagram ad. Once I put my card and info in, the ad disappeared and I honestly didn't even remember what I had signed up for. I figured I'd receive an email like any other fitness sites, with instructions, etc. I never received any email. I kept searching for an email, as well as searching in my Apple subscriptions and found nothing.I wasn't happy I lost $10, but got over it. Then, I get a $32 charge because I didn't cancel this subscription that I could never find.I finally saw the name of the company on my bank account and contacted them within minutes of the charge.The customer service person said I could not get my money back because the terms and conditions were stated when I signed up. I don't recall seeing anything, and explained everything I said above, and she just repeated herself.This company probably is still in business from people not knowing how to cancel. So very sad.
