This company is a total scam!

I would actually like to give them a zero instead of a one because they were so bad. I wanted a walking app. I tried it for a week. After the week I went on the web site and told them not to renew the subscription. When the second week ended, they sent me a text saying that my subscription had ended. I thought we were done. Two weeks later, my card was charged for $31.00. I contacted them and after several emails, was told that in order to cancel, I had to provide a picture to show that the product didn’t work. What does that even mean? I hope that thirty one dollars that they took from me was worth it because I am going to make sure that I get the word out that they are scammers. Please do not sign up with them. It’s all a scam to get your money.

I paid £5.49 ...a special offer to pay for what I understood to be the first week although I see anotherlady who reviewed thought her first payment was for a month. Anyway the same thing happened to me...a week later £24.47 was taken from my account via PayPal. I did not authorise this and wonder how this could happen?

Poor value for money

This app did not live up to expectations. For the price, the content is very basic and lacks any real depth or innovation. There’s nothing groundbreaking or unique about it—just very simple, standard routines that you can find elsewhere for free.Additionally, the app offers zero control over your account settings, which is a huge inconvenience. If you need any assistance, the customer service is slow and unhelpful. Every response feels like a generic, copy-paste answer, and you’re often asked to provide the same information over and over again.All in all, this app feels like poor value for money, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for more advanced or personalized content. Save your money and look for better options elsewhere.

It is a complete waste of money

It is a complete waste of money. I paid £11.99 for 1st month then £24.47 has just gone out of my account without any warning! I tried to email through app but said domain name not found. Have emailed through customer support and awaiting response. Would like my money back!!

Don't commit

Started the programme and had issues with the app freezing 3 times. Contacted Customer service to cancel my subscription due to these issues(email only btw) to be told that T&C's stated non refundable even due to technical problems at their end. So I've lost my subscription but I hope anyone who reads this does not make the same mistake and give your hard earned money to them.

Absolute SCAMMERS I paid for the 7 day trail then they took out £25 saying I had subscribed (WHICH I DID NOT DO) I emailed them but their reply was that I had subscribed and a refund was not available. Absolutely disgusting company DONT BUY FROM THESES SCAMMERS

Not even going to try this, because they start misleading you right from the first ad. "I lost x pounds JUST BY WALKING!" Nope... turns out it's walking AND yoga. "It's completely free!" Nope. The test is free, then you have to pay. Obviously, they are trying to scam people from the first moment, so why go on to be scammed more?

Same experience as many. Had an original email to say I had arranged a 3 month plan, no mention of auto renewing and obviously well hidden in the terms and conditions. Emailed immediately when saw a pending payment for renewal. Reply states it renews automatically and they have cancelled future subscriptions but they won't refund the one pending. Apparently I can continue to use the app, which is so boring. Poor exercise plan and even worse service

Similar experience to Justine Brown. Thought I was signing up for a month and I incorrectly assumed it would be a written or downloadable plan and not a phone app. My phone is ancient, I don't have ear buds or anything like that, so I mostly use a PC. I couldn't figure how to use it on a PC so I forgot about itand just left it there. Then after a month or so, out of the blue with no notification, I get billed €28.55. Upon querying this and asking for a refund they simply refer to their T&C's and refuse a refund. So I've paid out over €40 and, for me at least, A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. All a bit 'sharp practice', buyer beware ... UPDATE 10th May ... I've had an unsatisfactory reply from Walking Yoga here on Trustpilot. In it they say ... "We’re working on improving our notification system to make renewal dates unmistakable and to provide an easy opt-out process." Whether I was able to use the app or not, depending on my access and ability to use 'phone apps', the fact remains that I was not made fully aware of the 'small print' whereby I inadvertently signed up to an ongoing subscription. I have now logged a case through my PayPal account.

Disappointing!

SCAM! If you pay for a one month subscription they will keep charging you afterwards (double the price) unless you email them to cancel the subscription! Pay attention to "hidden" terms and conditions below the "get my plan" button before you subscribe! Another disappointing app ...
