DO NOT USE!!!!! i tried a week free trial and was then charged for a month. i emailed them straight away to cancel and get a refund. they refused a refund and said that my subscription had been cancelled. i have then found out that i have been charged for the last 2 months, since being told it was cancelled. Absolute joke of a company
Purchased this app, within a few days realised it was not worth the money as it is very limited. Sent an email stating my dissatisfaction and to cancel my subscription. Low and behold I get charged a renewal, I am struggling to get this refunded but they have assured my that the so called subscription (which I did not sign up for, only requested one month) has now been cancelled...only time will tell.
1 star is too much!! AVOID!!!!I had the trial and the app is ok but not what I wanted.They took 3 months subscription of £41.82 no warning no advice.Terms & conditions not sent on original sign up. I asked for a refund and was refused. I have now raised a dispute with my credit card company
I wanted to try this and paid for one month only. My subscription was renewed and I was charged without my consent. Now I am having great difficulty in contacting the business as their emails bounce back. I would not recommend this company as they are not transparent in their dealings and I have had to involve my bank fraud department.
Shady payment tactics — no refund for obvious mistakeI signed up for what I believed was a one-month trial, only to be immediately pushed into a lifetime plan screen straight after. I barely touched the payment button, and somehow the charge went through without any Apple Pay confirmation (no double-click, no Face ID — nothing).There were no terms and conditions shown, no warning that “no refunds” applied, and absolutely no prompt to confirm such a large charge. Just one accidental tap and my money was gone.When I contacted support explaining it was clearly an unintentional purchase — especially coming right after a trial sign-up — they refused a refund, quoting policies I was never shown. They also couldn’t provide proof that I agreed to the lifetime plan or saw any of the terms before paying just a cropped screenshot of a terms and conditions box.It feels incredibly manipulative and predatory — the design funnels you straight into an expensive plan, and they count on people making a mistake they can then profit from without accountability.Avoid this app. It’s not about wellbeing — it’s about catching you off-guard and keeping your money.
I signed up for a month trial and felt the ad on FB was misleading, I didn’t like the plan. I didn’t realise that the subscription rolled on, so they have taken £24.47 out of my bank. I have politely emailed them and explained why their App is not for me and requested refund. Nora emailed me back quite quickly and told they have no refund policy. So have to pay another month for a product I don’t want.Feel like I have been scammed.
Took more money from my account without my consent. Advertised $10 for 7 day plan that auto repurchased for $47 after 7 days. No email to prepare for the subscription or warn of a payment being taken. When I contacted (as soon as I saw the payment withdrawn) they refused to refund even though the account hadn’t been used. Update* waste of my time contacting them. They were not helpful at all and continue to not understand the issue and the wrong doing of the payment. Disappointing experience. You’re better off trying a different app experience.
Hello, Thank you for your reply. Please take a look at our Terms and Conditions, which state, and I quote: "We follow a no refund policy, unless the product is proven to be faulty. In such cases, User must contact our customer support at ( their ema)within 14 days upon purchase and must provide detailed information proving Company’s product fault (with visual proof attached)." Avoid.The marketing is far from transparent and you will trapped into a subscription without any prior warning.I assumed I was purchasing a single month course as stated in their correspondence. However they charged an additional month before I realised. It feels like a scam.
